A/N: I don't like giving the Khajiit the "this one suggests" or "this one thinks" (third person) dialogue, because I think it is slightly offensive to them. I don't know why.

Chapter 1-

I wandered quickly through the harsh path, snow drizzling by at a fast rate. Stupid cold I thought to myself as I walked. Skyrim was such a cold land. Nothing like my homeland of Elsweyr. I thought of the beautiful and warm sands as my eyes finally began to see the city of Dawnstar ahead.

"Brother Risu!" a familiar voice called from my side

"Brother Ri'saad!" I turned to greet my fellow Khajiit from the caravans

"How is buisness?" I asked happily

"Quite well. Some of those Nords from the mine waned to try some moon sugar. I happily abliged" he smiled happily with his response

"I see. I'll bet that gave them a kick, eh?" I smiled as well. Most don't realize that raw moon sugar is much more effective than skooma.

I told my friend goodbye, and walked into the open city ahead of me. What did I need? A new sword, some armor repairs, and a few lockpi-

"Dragon!"

My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of screams and beating wings ahead of me. I ran ahead, seeing the people run into buildings for cover. I went to draw my sword, and quickly remembered how it had broke in the last bandit raid. Oh great.

The great beast hovered in midair, eyeing me angrily. His scales had a dark tint, letting me know of his powerful status. The teeth protruding from his lower jaw were large and sharp, and would likely kill me in one bite.

"I ja krii ho, dovahkiin!" the large dragon yelled in fury. I knew what this meant, and the translation scared me. With no sword and damaged armor, I was left with little options to fight the large beast. I remembered the words he spoke as I drew in a deep breath, preparing for a dangerous battle.

I will kill you, dragonborn
