Chapter 2- Meeting the flowers

Today I was meeting one of the neighbors who was muggleborn but was a witch. When I moved over, my schedule had totally been wacko and my DAD told me to take a break.

He told me I should start making friends....and while at the girl' house her mom was going to watch over me while he was meeting with Candycorn Fudge dude. I ate Garlic Bread for breakfast (A/N that's what I'm eating for breakfast right now.) I drunk my milk and then proceeded to go to the girl's house.

/AT THE HOUSE\
I knocked on the door then waited.....then waited.....then waited....apparently they weren't home, I guess. As I turned around, I heard the door click open. I turned around grumbling how much work I was doing. The lady introduced herself as Mrs.Evans. (A/N Does anyone remember her name??)

Lily's POV

I heard my new neighbor come into the house. I hoped she was nice. Then their was a knock on the door, before I opened it she stepped in.  Isn't that what Potter does? Hopefully she isn't going to act like him. "Hi my name is Lily Evans, and you are...." "Err I'm James, James Bonds." She grinned at me, right then I knew I would like her.

"Actually my name is Kylie Sullivan."She said waving her hands in front of her face like a person who's doesn't tell people things. I bet you she had a lot of secrets though. Her eyes said it. They also shined with excitement.

Back to Kylie's POV

"Once you done staring at the ground I'll be ready." I looked up in embarrassment. "Sorry, I didn't mean to..." "Don't worry,"she said laughing, "I was only messing with you."

I tried to start a conversation to break the awkward silence that settled between us. "So...." What to say? I opened my mouth to ask her if she had siblings but then closed it seeing that she was about to say something.

"So your a witch?"

"Yeah, I guess..."

"Sweet!! I have to introduce you to one of my wizard friends. He lives in the neighborhood!", she said jumping up and down slightly. Mumbling a okay, she called her mom telling her that she was going to visit a....Sev?

"Where are you going?!"

I turned around quickly, holding my arms in defense then slowly putting it down when I saw a tall, thin, probably older than Lily girl.  I raised my eyes in question when looking a Lily.

" Uhhh.... Oh-Yeah! Kylie this is my sister Petunia and Petunia, this is our new neighbor Kylie. Andddd", she said stretching the and out," we...are...going to visit Sev!", she said, rushing out the end if her sentence.

"So this is one of your magical-dunderhead friends?! I knew it!"

I slowly titled my head up from the floor then looked in her eyes. They burned with jealousy, coldness to her sister, and wanting. I was starting to see why Lily was so hesitant to tell her sister that she was going to visit this Sev person.

"What did you just call me?"

She tried looking anywhere but my eyes.

"WHAT did you just call me?", my voice said starting to rise.

"Your e-eyes-s they're t-tu-turning r-r-RED!", Petunia said running back into the house, screaming.

I closed my eyes to calm myself down and felt my eyes turn back to brown. Lily asked me if I was okay and I silently nodded my head yes. When I opened my eyes Lily was leading me wherever Sev was...
