I am not one of those girls
With that clean girl aesthetic.
I don't have a skin care routine,
I don't keep my room tidy.
I don't eat healthy
And I don't go on daily walks.
I don't wear trendy outfits ,
And I don't have good grades.
All the girls that do these things
Are honestly genuinely beautiful.
But I'm not a pretty girl
But god I wish I was .
Is there anything scarier
Than the realisation
That you aren't sure
Who you are anymore?
I look at my reflection
And see a nightmare staring
Back at me
And if I cannot recognise myself
Who else will ?
