Wei wuxian found himself replying while still in his confused state

Just minutes ago he almost had a stroke and was leading himself into Qi deviation which in actuality should NOT happen in the first place because he has no golden core anymore but apparently he does now

Finding yourself in your younger body staring at your younger brother who lead a siege on you just little while ago is the worst thing one can experience

When he was getting devoured, eaten and torn apart by the corpses not to mention the backlash from destroying the tiger tally had him suffocated on top of being cut, he was the happiest

He will no more suffer, he will find comfort in death but apparently heavens hate him. Depriving him the only thing he truly wanted

He lost everything, his sect, his core, his reputation, his wen siblings, his shijie,his shidi, his remaining wen family and A-Yuan

He lost Lan zhan before he could even be with him, and most painful he lost himself

On those last three months of his life he kept on thinking about what happened in his life, was it truly his fault everything perished? Was he really responsible for the fall of the Jiang sect? Was it truly his fault shijie died? Was he really the one who killed her?

He didn't ask her to run into battlefield weaponless! He didn't ask for her to push him away from that sword! No! He is being ungrateful, he is monster, a demon who brings misfortune to people around him.

But the monster is him! Then why did jiang cheng- no , Jiang Wanyin attacked the others under his protection? WHY did he kill his son in all but blood?

And just when he said he'd finally rest he opened his eyes to find himself in the middle of cultivators gathering, youth and whole and in the middle of Qishan!

He lifted his head only for him to find Jiang Fengmian -the who saved him from the street's horrors (years after his parents death, he never once left yiling before Fengmian took him) and introduced him to a whole another pain in his own home, ignoring his wife's actions- sitting there very much alive, and he knows this is not unreal because he knows what hallucinations are better than anyone else

And while still being in his confused angry state of mind for being alive and in the past, the man who started all this madness called him by a title he shouldn't know

No one should know that name and especially Wen Ruohan! For he died before Wei wuxian got it

And if that is not enough, he asked him to marry him! WTF is going on?

And that annoying sect leader wen looked at him smiling and so amused, striding down the stairs and coming his way

Should he fight him? Wei wuxian knows he is strong and can use both spiritual & resentful energy but Wen Ruohan is just stronger

If he put his all in the fight , Wei ying can keep up with the other for half shichen . He can fight Ruohan on the same feet for that duration. And that is all.

Other than that..

He will lose. Thus he just moved his legs towards the other and met him halfway through the stairs

Both of them aware of the stares directed at them but both head no mind
