"F/n! Wesker! Barry! Help!!" I heard a feminine voice shout down the hall, it was jill! I immediately ran over to the door, gripping my lightning hawk as I placed my hand on the doorknob, the walls vibrating slightly as something like concrete moving against concrete came from inside the room.

"Jill?!" I shouted out her name as I tried to turn the doorknob but it didn't budge.

"F/n! Get me out of here! The door's jammed and the ceiling is coming down on me!!" I heard her shout on the other side of the door, her voice filled with panic and I aimed my gun at the doorknob, pulling the trigger and swinging it open. The ceiling was close to crushing Jill as it slowly moved down. Without any warning, I dropped to my knees and grasped her arm with my unoccupied hand and she held on as I pulled her out from underneath the small space, narrowly avoiding getting her legs crushed by it. I fell on my ass, letting go of her arm and my back hitting the door behind me, Jill sat up as she scrambled into me to get more distance from the sealed off room.

"Are you okay?" I asked, placing the same hand on her shoulder and she turned towards me and nodded before looking back at the room.

"Yeah... that was a close one.. I owe you one," She turned back towards me to get on her knees and stand up on her two feet, still a bit shaky from what had just happened before extending her arm towards me.

"Yeah, one second late and you would've become a Jillsandwich," I chuckled as I grasped her hand and she pulled me up and gave me a smile herself.

"Really?" She took a quick glance back at the room that was filled with concrete before looking back at me. "What were you doing around here? I mean, I'm grateful and all but I thought you said you were going to check the upper floors for Wesker,"

"I wanted to check up on something that I saw earlier down here, but then I heard you and now we're here," I tell her, telling only part of the truth on why I was down here. "Which I should be getting back to," I slipped past her and started walking around the corner before she spoke.

"Thanks again... I don't know what would've happened if you weren't here," I paused and turned towards her and gave her a smile.

"I'm sure Barry would've saved you if I wasn't here... maybe Wesker too," I turned back around and opened up the door in front of me and left the hallway.

Kyle got me up against a desk and spread out my badly injured arm that was bleeding profusely as he opened up his medkit that he had on him and grabbed a can with a green sage wrap around it, the darker shade of green on the label spelt out 'Healing Spray' and I sighed in relief and rest my head on my shoulder as I hissed out when I felt the liquid spray, coat across the giant bite mark as I felt it bubbling up before recreating my cells and reanimated my skin, darker purplish shade and had blood smears all over it, but at least it stopped the bleeding. I heard a door push open and slam against the wall, footsteps heading my way as I hear a gun click and felt the muzzle of a pistol pushed against my head. "Sergeant!" I heard Kyle yell out and I turned my head slightly to stare at him, Nikolai, my head still resting on my arm as our eyes made eye contact.

"Give me one good reason why not to shoot you," Nikolai growled as he pushed the muzzle deeper into the side of my head.

"I'm not infected," I simply stated and he narrowed his eyes.

"Not a good reason,"

"Then because if you kill me, you'll have to deal with her and the others because we both know that UBCS has kept data records on all of the STARS members and she has successfully killed a Tyrant and all those other monsters in the mansion without my help, so if I was you, I get that fucking gun away from my head!" I shouted out the last part, pushing my head up and glared at him and he glared back. Nikolai stayed there before pulling the gun away and holstered it into the gun strap that was around his thigh and turned back to the door.
