ʏᴏᴏʜʏᴇᴏɴ ᴘᴏᴠMy eyes were closed and I saw nothing but darkness, yet I felt a warmth I haven't felt before..
A feeling so strong, I didn't want to let go of it. A moment so important, I wanted to treasure it for the rest of my life. An action so special, it temporarily stopped time and made me forget about the present. What was I doing again?
Right, I was kissing Kim Minji.
I pulled out the long kiss, taking in deep breaths and staring into the eyes of the girl I had met not long ago, but developed feelings for - Kim Minji. We both looked at eachother, our breaths and my loud heartbeat being the only thing I could hear.
I was feeling nervous because of what I just did. I can't believe I kissed her without even asking if she was fine with it. I gulped, removing my hands from her and looking down out of shyness, not daring to look back up at her.
But I heard her chuckle, her hands moving from my neck to cup my cheeks and fixate my gaze back to her - she was smiling with raised eyebrows, probably just as surprised by what I did.
"I'm sorry Minji, I-I don't know what got over me a-and why I did it, I really-"
"Shut up and kiss me again."
I widened my eyes when I heard her words. I couldn't hide the slight smile that was forming on my mouth. I didn't let her repeat herself and leaned in to feel her soft lips against mine once more.
But then I pulled out our short kiss when I felt a slight tingle on my finger. By the look on Minji's face, she felt something similar as well.
We both looked at our rings and saw how they flickered, but something was different about them.
They shined in pink..?
"Did this happen because of our kiss?" Minji asked, me only answering with a shrug because I was as lost as her.
Right then, both rings stopped their flickers and turned fully transparent again.
I was very confused by what just happened, but at the same time I was tilted. I had to stop kissing Minji just because these rings decided to be attention seekers and interrupt us.. How annoying.
Minji turned her head to look at me, giving me a smile and a quick peck and started slowly walking away. I was dazed by what just happened, but got brought back to reality when she called out my name. "Yoohyeon? You coming?"
"Huh?- Oh, yeah!" I dashed to walk by her side and looked at her hand, wondering if I should hold it or not. But she was quicker at deciding than me. She intertwined our hands and pushrd herself closer to me, making me purse my lips as an attempt to hide my visible smile. Gosh, she's really good at making me feel nervous..
"So, uh, where are we going?" I awkwardly asked, trying to calm my mind down and start a conversation with her. "I was thinking that maybe we could walk around the park and.. have a talk? You know, maybe we can get to know each other more?" She suggested with slight hesitation, making me snicker and nod at her idea.
But my giggles turned to a slight gasp when it suddenly hit me that she remembered everything that I told her last night.
"I want to ask.. how do you know about the time reversal thing? I mean, have you always known or you just suddenly realized what was happening?" I curiously asked and looked at her, waiting for a response.
