 Ness was far from a normal boy and after his friends split up after defeating Giygas  he's been pretty lonely. But today was different than any other day, someone moved into the house next to them. when he got outside and took a peek at the new neighbors he saw a blonde hair boy that looked the same age as him. Ness took another look and blushed he thought to himself 'I cant really be feeling this right now? right..?'

Ness thought it would be nice to introduce himself to the new neighbor "Uhm hi! you must be the new neighbor" said ness with a nervous tone "o-oh hi its great to m-meet you and whats your name?" the newcomer asked "it's Ness!" he said "oh mines Lucas" Lucas thought the boy with the red cap name was cute it made him blush faintly where you couldn't see it. "Uhm.. would you like some help with this?.." Ness asked. Lucas nodded and they proceeded to put the remaining boxes up in the house. after they were done Ness introduced himself to lucas family it was a kid who looked exactly like lucas and a dad

after they were done talking Lucas and Ness got to know each other after a bit Ness asked "hey Lucas what's your favorite flower?" Lucas thought of his mom, his mom always loved sunflowers so did him  he began to tear up and Ness realized this and became worried "oh im sorry did i ask the wrong question?..." ness asked worried "N-no im alright. I just get emotional sometimes heh." lucas said. ness saw the time and thought it was getting late. "uh hey its getting late i need to get home  my mom might wonder what im doing" he said with a giggle. "bye lucas!"
"bye Ness!" lucas exclaimed.

the day passed and it was morning ness woke up from his bed and yawned  and did a little stretch before getting ready to go into the shower. after he was done he got dressed in his usual attire. he went downstairs ate his breakfast and ran outside, when he got outside he saw lucas outside as well. ness had an attachment to this blonde haired boy  maybe even has a crush? Ness walked over to him and greeted him they both said hi and after that ness asked if he wanted to play some baseball and lucas nodded "great!" ness exclaimed as they both ran over to a nearby baseball field.

  "alright! do you want to pitch or bat???" he asked "uhm.. pitch!" he said with a chuckle "get ready for a fast ball!" lucas threatens ness "oh im read alright!" lucas threw the ball and went straight towards ness face and lucas gasped and closed his mouth as he heard a "SMAAAASSH!!!" ness wobbled and hit the ground as he holds his head lucas runs towards ness as he falls to his knees and says sorry to many times "OH MY GOSH NESS IM SO SORRY I-I DIDNT MEAN TO H-HIT YOU!" he exclaims panicked "ughh.. my head man" he said as he lifted his head you can see the blood dripping from his head. lucas turned pale as he took of his sweater and wiped off the blood with it "O-ow! ow!! ow!!" "i know it hurts i just need to clean you up alright lets get you home" they then walked home slowly so it took them a bit to get home when they did lucas grabbed a wet towel and began to rub his head where it was bleeding. when they were done ness didnt wanna go outside because of his head hurting so they stayed inside and watched some tv on the couch as ness fell asleep with his head on lucas' shoulder this made lucas blush alot but he liked this so he slept like that
