George had always been a shy kid. He kept to himself and didn't really have any close friends. He was content with spending his days reading books and playing video games. Dream, on the other hand, was the school jock. He was popular, outgoing, and always had a group of friends around him.
George and Dream had never really gotten along. Dream would often tease George and make fun of him in front of their classmates. George would just try to ignore him and avoid any confrontation. However, one day, everything changed.
It was a sunny day in the middle of spring, and the school had organized a field day for all the students. There were different activities set up all around the field, and everyone was having a great time. George had been watching from the sidelines, not really sure if he wanted to join in on the fun.
Dream, however, had noticed George sitting alone and decided to go over and offer him a hand. "Hey, you should come join us, we're playing a game of soccer," Dream said with a smile.
George was hesitant at first, but he could see the sincerity in Dream's eyes. He decided to give it a try and joined in on the game. To his surprise, he was actually pretty good at it, and soon he was having a great time playing with his classmates.
As the day went on, George and Dream spent more and more time together, playing different games and chatting about their interests. George realized that Dream wasn't as bad as he had initially thought, and he started to see him in a different light.
After the field day was over, Dream asked George if he wanted to hang out sometime, just the two of them. George was surprised but happy that Dream had asked him, and he agreed. They started spending more time together, going to the movies or playing video games at each other's houses.
Over time, their friendship grew stronger, and George realized that he had developed feelings for Dream. He was nervous about telling him, but one day, as they were sitting together watching a movie, he mustered up the courage to confess his feelings.
To his surprise, Dream didn't react negatively. Instead, he smiled and said that he had been feeling the same way for a while. They leaned in and shared their first kiss, and from that moment on, they were no longer enemies but lovers.
George was happy that he had taken a chance and gotten to know Dream better, and he was grateful that Dream had given him a chance too.
