Laura's Life.

chapter 1 : BFFs (not finished)

I wake up in bed and stare at the ceiling. Ugh. Why does school have to exist??

"Laura!!!!" My mom screams. Ig she made breakfast

"I'm coming! Let me just get changed!!!" I say slightly annoyed.

I change into a white t-shirt and dark green shirt whit black and white stripes on the sleeves. My pants are light gray and have are ripped. My mom dosent like ripped jeans, but I could care less

I grab my phone. It's soon school, shit. I'm gonna be late, it's 7:30 and school starts at 8:00..

I grab my sandwich , grab my bag and get my normal lavender cap.

"Honey aren't you gonna brush your teeth or hair?" My mom yells

"Sorry I can't!! I'll be late!!" I run to the bus stop and the bus almost closed its doors

"Phew." I think to myself

There's 2 unfamiliar faces on the bus.

One girl whit blonde wavy hair and blue eyes

And a guy whit medium black hair, kinda fluffy, and hazel eyes.

I wave to them, both just smile at me and continue whit their things. I sit down on a chair kinda close to them

I put on some music to listen to whole in there. I play my playlist. first is "blue hair" by TV girl

The boy leans over. "Hey, what's your name?" He asks me still leaning. "Oh me? Im Laura. What's your name?" I ask him. "My name is-"

He gets interrupted by the bus driver

"Get off." He says

We immediately get off and go to our lockers. "We all have different classes..." I whisper to myself. Why am I even sad? They are just random people I saw today.

But I go to class so I'm not late again

The teacher goes on and on about History, don't get me wrong i love history, but their faces, smiles and beauty is stuck in my head. Pfft. What am I? A weirdo? A pedo? Eh. Forget about it.

Class ends and it's lunch. I decide since I didn't get his name, I'll try whit the girl then

I get out of class and search for her at lunch. She's sitting alone eating a potato salad whit bread and water.

I walk up to her, she seems to be daydreaming so she jumps a little when I say "hey"

"Oh, hi" she wipes her mouth even tho there was nothing there. "What's your name?" I ask her. "I'm Cassidy, call me Cassy. What's your name?". "Laura, i don't have a nickname" i say

She pats the seat next to her and I sit down. "So, your new, right?" I ask her. "Yeah, obviously" she giggled a little. "Did you move here or did you just move schools?" I ask her, she looks up from her food and says "Ive moved, i used to live in Russia"

I take my first bite of food. "Intresting, your really pretty" i say and she looks up whit wide eyes "really? Thanks! I think your really pretty too!" She says and smiled widely, showing her teeth.

"Ouch!" She says putting a hand over her mouth. "What happened?" I ask her. "My lips are chapped." She says. "Ouch, hey, I bought this 2 pack Chapstick, you can get one" i smile. "Woah really? That would mean alot, thanks Laura!" She smiles, but tried to not smile to much so her lips don't hurt.

We have alot in common actually. We are both cat persons and she even has a cat! She's very lovely. "How did you learn english?" I ask her. "I learnt it from my parents, I can speak both Russian and English" she says almost done whit her food. "Oh cool! By the way.. do you happen to know who that boy is?" I point over to the hazel eyes boy I saw.

"Him? No, but I did see you talk to him on the bus." She says closing her bag, she was done whit her food. "Okay beacuse, I didn't get his name." I say looking over at him, i was also done, so I closed my bag too.

He noticed me looking at him, embarrassed i look back at Cassidy. I quickly look at him and he's standing up, shit. He's gonna come over here!

He walks up to us. "Uh hey, your Laura right, and who are you?" He asks Cassidy. "I'm Cassidy, call me Cassy. What's your name?" She asks him.

"Uh uhm.. I'm.. Alex?" He says, it's kinda weird but oh well. "Oh okay! Wanna hang out whit us?" Cassy asks him. "Sure!" He says.

"Well lunch has ended... See you guys after school" i say standing up. "Okay, let's meet at behind the school!" Cassy suggests. "Okay!" Both Me and Alex say.

We start leaving for our last class. My last class is science, ugh.. i hate science. But I need the grades to turn into my dream job.. science and math are both important for that. Ugh, my only 2 least favorite subjects. Also, it's working on space, astronomy, but I don't want to be a astronaut. My mom wouldn't let me anyways.

Science was so boring. We had the same thing again since we didn't get everything done the last time. When it's finally over I grab my bag and sprint out of there

I get my books and leave trough the front door, i walk to the behind of the school, i was the first one there, hopefully they didn't forget..

I sit down and go on my phone, them I hear distant running footsteps and see Cassidy running up to me. "Hey I'm here!!!!" She yells. "Okay! Have you seen Alex?!" I yell back

"Uh *pant* no" she got tired form running. "Its Fine, what do we do tho?" I ask her. "We could go to the park" She suggests, before I can answer I get jump scared

"BOO!!" Alex jumps up behind me "AAAH!" i scream and fall off. I can feel everyone staring at me. Embarrassing... "Shit are you okay?" Alex asks me giving me a hand. "Yeah im fine don't worry" I take his hand and stand up

His hand feels soft, suprisingly, he looks like a kinda "idgaf" guy, but I guess what matters is on the inside.

"Uhm- *giggle* uh- PFFT im sorry Laura, anyways, we were thinking about going to the park, you in?" Cassidy asks him "Sure, let's go now!" He says excitedly, wow on the outside he seems emotionless but if you get to know him he's like a happy little kid.

We start walking to the park and thet talk about their day while I look at the birds flying above us. Suddenly they tap my shoulder.

"Huh?" I ask "were here!" Alex says. "What should we do?" Cassidy asks. "uhh I don't know.. what's y'all's sexualitys and/or gender I guess?" I say sitting down on a bench. "Oh okay, well I'll start I guess, I'm bisexual." Cassidy says looking over at us. "And... who's next?" Cassidy asks and sits down next to me. "Well, I'm Aro-ace." Alex says sitting down last. "Cool! I'm questioning right now.. i might be genderfluid but I'm not sure.." i say looking at the ground. "Well we can try to help!" Cassidy says. "Yeah!!" Alex says

We sat there for 2 hours just talking about random shit, we also found out I'm gender fluid, but I'm still questioning sexuality. we had a great time and even went to get ice cream. Cassidy got a strawberry one, Alex got chocolate and i got vanilla.

When we were done we waved goodbye and went home. I didn't wanna go home but what choice do I have?

When I reached home I quietly went up to my room. I had no energy to listen to my mom complain over small things again.

I layed down in bed and opened my notebook

Cassidy is bisexual and Alex is Aro-ace, we found out I'm genderfluid!! They are really cool people!! They are cool and i Hope we become bffs
I just remembered I had homework"

After that she stood up and grabbed her bag

"I don't wanna do homework... But I do wanna get high grades." She said and took a math book out of her backpack.
