It was now evening the day went by pretty fast then you expected my shift was done now I was taking over Mary's shift I helped cook dinner and set the table once again soon came 7pm Elvis had came down for dinner and he looked so handsome "It smells good down here ladies" he smiled "Well we made ur favorite" Janet said with a smile "Great! I'm starving" he said with a grin Elvis had a few days off from touring and stuff Priscilla and Lisa took a trip to see her family for a week and so did the mafia Elvis had sat down "this is a lot of food don't think I can eat it alone everyone come sit and eat!" He smiled I tilted my head to Cora "Should we go?" I whispered to her "Well if he is asking then we should" I followed her into the dining room "Yes sit don't be afraid of me" he chucked I sat down next to Janet who sit next to Elvis "Eat up everyone!" And we did that was very kinda of him after dinner he gave us all breaks I made my way outside to sit on the bench thinking of the thoughts I've been hiding all day "he might be there hopefully lily isn't coming home tonight" my heart raced I was to damn scared to go home but I had to or else he might punish me for it later. I felt a hand of my shoulder i quickly jumped "Sorry honey didn't mean to scare you" oh god it was just Elvis "It's- it's ok sorry I overreacted" "No no if I was in your shoes I would have jumped too" he chuckled I laughed to cover myself how long was he standing there? He came and sat right next to me "You doing okay? Wait I shouldn't have asked" he said "Oh no it's okay I'm great" I had to cover up my sadness at work "now you know I don't believe that what's on your mind ?" He said staring into my eyes "Oh it's nothing it's just silly!" "What is it" I looked up I really didn't wanna tell my boss about my boyfriend problems but I knew he would never leave it alone that's what he did! "You really wanna know?" "Yes I'm curious" he grins "Well it's about my boyfriend" he had a shock look on his face then smiled so I started to speak "I don't know what to get him for his birthday" I lied I had to I don't want anything to get back to him I imagined if I told Elvis the truth and he one day shows up at my place i couldn't dare think what he could do to me "Well what does he like ? "That's the thing I don't know he was always the one to get me something!" He just shook his head "Get him some cologne or a nice watch" I nod "Thanks Elvis or thanks for teaching me the way of man" he chuckled "Thats not all we like!" He smiled. After break I was more the happy Elvis lightened up the rest of my night soon it was 6am I did my last round around the house like mary does I realized I had a day off today I was gonna get some rest! I did my daily check upstairs I knocked on Elvis's door "Come in!" "Just making my last go around" I smiled and closed the door finally I was free I headed home !
