Enchanted [Colby Brock x Reader]

Chapter 3

WYNTK: It is the day that you will confess to Colby's not knowing that he has the exact same feelings for you.

Y/n POV:
I wake up to the beautiful sunrise. I check the alarm clock on the nightstand and I look around. I get up and admire the sunrise, watching the cars drive by below, watching the birds fly, and watching people's cars pull up into the parking lot of the resort, getting ready to swim. I smile at the sight when I felt the bed sink in beside me. I look next to me to see Colby watching the view with me. I'm guessing he felt my eyes on him and he looked back and smiled. I smiled back, feeling butterflies in my stomach.

"Beautiful sight isn't it?" He asked looking back outside. "Yeah it really is.." I responded looking to where he was looking, watching the water park turn on. I checked the clock and it is now 6:05 AM. I get up and grab some clothes and head to the bathroom to change. I change into a whire thick sleeved cropped tank top, a baggy black jacket, a pair of black shorts, and wear black air forces to top it off. (If you don't like the outfit you can change it!) I get out and see Colby changed too. We sit down on our beds and watch TikTok to pass time. It was now 6:42 AM and Sam and the others knock on our door, "You guys ready to go out?" Sam asked. "Yeah!" We both said and we looked at each other and laughed. I opened the door and we headed out for breakfast, going to Hot Rocks.

                                  
         After breakfast          

It was now 7:25 and the whole resort was now open. We all decided to split up into groups of two, Me and Colby, Jake and Seth(let's js say he was invited) Corey and Devyn, and Sam and Kat. Me and Colby went to the water park, Jake and Seth went to the rides, Kat and Sam went to the arcade in the resort hotel, and Corey and Devyn went to go golfing.

I changed into my swimsuit and so did Colby. We walked to the water park and we went to Poseidon's Rage first. We waited until the first wave came and we quickly got to the deeper end. Colby had to hold me so I didn't get pulled into the mini water tornado after every wave. After a few minutes of playing in Poseidon's Rage we went to the spinning wheel slide. It was a small wait so we had a mini conversation about our YouTube channels. When we got our tube and got pushed to the slide, I was startled and screamed a little while Colby was laughing. After we got out we went to the normal kid pool next to the slide and we started splashing each other. "I'm gonna do the Deadman exercise" Colby said to me and layed stomach down on the water.

The lifeguard gave him a warning to not do that and I was just a laughing mess. "Sorry man I didn't realize" he said the the lifeguard. The lifeguard nodded and he looked at me and laughed. We got out of the water and we took pictures together, and posted them on our Instagram stories. After a while of swimming we went to get food and sat at a table. I looked at the sky and realized it was time to confess. I looked at Colby. "Colby?" I started. He looked at me and nodded "Yes?" He asked. "I've been meaning you tell you this for a few months now and I think it's time.." I said, getting nervous. He looked at me, waiting for the next words to come out. "I love you Colby. And more than a friend." I said looking at the ground, blush tinting my cheeks a little. He looked at me with a soft smile and lifted my chin up and the back of his hand. "I love you too Y/n. I was hoping you were gonna say that." He said and I smiled at him. I kissed him out of nowhere and he immediately kissed back. After what felt like forever we pulled back. "Will you be my girlfriend, Y/n?" He asked. I rolled my eyes in a jokingly matter "Colby I just fucking kissed you what do you except? Yes of course!" I said laughing and I stood up, hugging him with my arms around his neck and his arms around my waist. We pulled back. "Hey there is a outside movie theater and they are gonna play F/M (Favorite Movie) do you wanna go?" He asked looking me in my eyes. I nodded and smiled. He pulled his phone out and texted the group chat.
