Charlie and Mineta decided to volunteer at their local animal shelter. On their first day, they were tasked with cleaning the cat cages. As they were cleaning, they noticed one cage was particularly dirty and needed extra attention.
Upon closer inspection, they saw that the cat inside was covered in dirt and had matted fur. They immediately contacted the shelter manager and asked if they could give the cat a bath and groom it.
The manager agreed and Charlie and Mineta carefully took the cat out of the cage and gave it a warm bath. As they were grooming it, they noticed how the cat's fur became soft and shiny.
