"I'm bored,"
I said, staring out the window.

"Huh?"

My classmate said while looking at me with raised eyebrows. confused yet intrigued.

"Why?"

They said, I didn't give a single glance to them as I continued.

"You know..."
I then said as I leaned my head against my hand.

"Waking up, taking a bath, eating, and sleeping…to do the same boring routines over and over again... it's all so repetitive and boring"

I replied while keeping my eyes on the outside of the window, the environment of my school. Life it's so dull to me.

"Well… when we graduated, we go to work"

My classmate said with a little optimistic smile on their face.

"And then everything will be interesting because we get a freedom to do anythi–"

"Sleep, eat, work, eat, work, and sleep. the we still stuck in this loop cycle"

I said while glancing at them, they didn't react much before going back to listen to whatever the teacher said. I sigh before going back looking at the window, then my eyes catch a mountain.

Folk tales say, a child who goes to the mountain there will never go back. I started it…. And then smirk.

I will make today… interesting.

I opened my eyes and groaned as I sat up in my bed. I stretched and yawned, my tired face barely noticing the opening window.

What was that dream, is like a memory but… ah whatever.

When I put my feet down, I felt something touch my feet and it immediately sent chills across my bones. I quickly looked down revealed a…white fur?

Its that Jasmine?

I tought as I watched the anthropomorphic goat friend sleep, they were lying on a small spare beb(I'm glad) and had a blanket to cover them. their eyes closed and their breathing is slow and steady. This moment was… peaceful.

A smile creeps in my face, seeing them at their most vulnerable and peaceful state. It is a humbling experience, reminding me. But it makes me think, why are they here in the first place?

I shook my head not wanting to take any further, I got up slowly not to wake Jasmine. After that I carry them and place them in my bed, the place is more comfortable.

Before I walk out of my room, I glance at them before closing the door.

The sound of boiling, The scent of the porridge rice is very pleasant, and the brown sugar sauce adds some sweetness to the air.
I stop stirring after seeing the Porridge already thick and bursting, I turn off the stove and then turn off another stove that boiling the Brown sugar sauce.
