Chapter 46 - We are still taking this one step at a time

At Jungkook's suggestion to exercise, Lisa actually began to exercise.

"This is a very popular set of exercises online. You You previously introduced it to me."

"..." All sorts of feelings welled up in his heart as Jungkook watched Lisa talk while stretching her arms. "Then you should do that while I go take a bath."

Once he finished washing and exited the bath, Lisa was still in the middle of exercising. Not to mention this exercise seeming to truly be of some use, Lisa's forehead also had a thin layer of sweat.

Seeing Jungkook come out from the bathroom, Lisa didn't continue exercising. "You finished bathing? Then I'll go bathe. Taking a bath right after exercising is extremely comfortable."

"...Mn."

He took advantage of Lisa bathing to deal with the documents in his inbox. By the time Lisa came out, he had already put away his laptop.

Lisa crawled into bed once she finished bathing and tossed the blankets over herself, intending to sleep. Jungkook also got into bed immediately afterwards and wrapped his arms around her waist, her back pressed into his chest. "Are you going to sleep?"

Lisa closed her eyes and made a sound of agreement. "Mn, we walked a lot outside today, very tired."

Jungkook laughed lightly and replied, "You consider that running around all day? You clearly spent the whole day eating. Are you certain you exercised enough? If you don't burn enough calories, then it's very easy to grow fat."

"..." Lisa still had her eyes closed, remaining silent. Jungkook once again took the opportunity to move closer to her, his lips, intentionally or otherwise, brushing her ear. "How about I help you some more?"

"..." She had never realized before that Eldest Master Jeon was so flirtatious.

Sensing the hand of the man behind her sneakily slip inside her collar, Lisa finally opened her eyes. "I think I've exercised enough."

"I don't think so..." Once these words left Jungkook's mouth, he straightforwardly turned Lisa over and pressed his body against hers. He lowered his head, seizing her lips in a kiss. At first, Lisa didn't feel anything, but Jungkook's kiss gradually awoke something within her, fire racing across every inch of her skin.

Jungkook's hand pinned Lisa's left hand to the side of her pillow as his other hand explored underneath her nightgown. Lisa couldn't help but let a moan escape, though she did purse her lips shut to stifle any more. Jungkook gasped roughly for air and breathed, "Don't restrain yourself..."

At this point, all sense of reasoning or even a single strand of conscious thought had already fled Lisa. With his words, she loosened her tightened lips. He kissed her softly, slowly, little by little coaxing hers to relax completely. It was somewhat challenging for Lisa to continue frowning in resistance under his delicate care. Finally her mind blanked, and her entire body melted.

Inside the room, only their rough and heavy breathing could be heard. Lisa's heart throbbed, her eyes glimmering with moisture as she gazed up at the man above her. She originally believed that Jungkook was about to go one step further, as she could clearly hear his violently beating heart and feel his taut muscles-she could even feel...that which symbolized male pride somewhere.

Jungkook, however, merely leaned over her for a while, panting, before getting up. Lisa stared at him in slight disbelief. "Where are you going?"

"Shower." Jungkook's lips seemed to be slightly downturned. He lowered his head next to her ear and said with a low voice, "We are still taking this one step at a time."
