Another ugly day in the same boring village you've spent your whole life at. Things became repetitive, annoying even. It was all going in a loop of time and it just got on your nerves to the point where you'd spent various occasions outside, in the same forest where you almost got attacked.
Attack.
Right.
That ugly night no one likes to remember not even you. But hey, your mother is here to remind you of that terrifying night, isn't she? There isn't a single morning, where you'd wake up without her mentioning details the village spread around, at the family breakfast. Basically making you sick for the rest of the day. And chores.. That made you even more annoyed by everything. But there's no escape from this life.. is there?. Just be a good little housewife..
Wife.. right.
Another thing your amazing mother arranged to happen soon. He was staying at your little cottage whilst the marriage isn't finalized.

Just like every morning, you were woken up by the same idiotic rooster that took place in the house near you.

"Yn! Get the hell up and come here! The herbs aren't gonna pick themselves up!" A raspy voice said from downstairs. "Yes mother.." you said, rubbing your eyes and groaning at the throbbing pain in your head. You fell in the forest yesterday, face first. It was one hell of a fall if i might add. Stumbling over rocks, getting stuck in vines and being found by a group of children. Bickering for a while you offered them a cake if they kept they're mouth shut for at least a little longer, while things at home didn't completely settle down.

"Young lady! What did i say?!" The voice rose higher, making your blood boil.

You always had a short temper, like your father, especially with the evil woman. You can't call her mother anymore, she's just a woman that lets you stay under "her" roof until you don't turn 22 and supposedly move away with your not so lovely soon to be husband. Hell, like you'd let her do that. She drove you to a state where you'd punch trees and throw rocks on a nearby rotting little house.

The house itself was overfilled with old pictures and books from Mother Miranda. The cult fell apart recently, which angered her, making her send loads of lycans your way. In which, they failed to occupy the whole territory. But, that isn't for long. Of course, all of the men, hid or were seriously injured, maybe even dead by now, leaving all the women in danger. Not that you really needed their protection, but it wasn't nice knowing almost none of your left acquaintances knew how to hold a gun, let alone see blood squirting out of necks and limbs or cutting someone's head of with a dull knife.

Not to brag, but you did see some of that and sometimes volunteered in throwing away body parts into a nearby river. Although, your mother never knew about that and she shall not find out. Especially because she'll for sure throw you out before time comes. As much as you want to escape that hellhole, even bigger trouble awaits behind the entrance doors.

"I will not repeat myself again!" The woman hissed, footsteps slowly approaching your room.

Having no doors wasn't fun, especially in situations like this.

"Hell, Brigitte. I'm coming!" You said getting up and throwing on a muddy dress.

Not having time for yourself in this house caused you to abandon trying to look beautiful and actually try to satisfy the man that's awaiting to marry you. But who are you?

A hooker?

A dog?

Why would you need to look beautiful for him to love you? If he wanted to he would've married you moons ago, the first time he ever saw you.

It was a quiet morning at the cafe you used to work at before it got burned down by men trying to stop lycans from entering the village. The bell rang from the doors, alerting you someone just entered. Lifting your gaze, it was a man in a suit, a briefcase in his left hand and a handkerchief in other, abnormally tall with black hair and brown green-ish eyes. "Good evening sir! What may i get for you?" You stuttered out, getting lost in his hazel eyes. "Hello dear, any tea you'd personally order would be fine." Taken aback by his request you nodded whilst he took a seat by a nearby table, watching you. Feeling uneasy, you hurried your actions, bringing him the forest fruit tea along with some sugar cubes and a spoon. "Here you go sir." You looked away, avoiding to stare at his enchanting hazel's. "Thank you, darling." He quickly spat out, taking a sip. Humming in delight he placed his palm on your shoulder. "That is quite delicious. Tell me, dear. Do you have any breaks here?" Softly scoffing you answered, somewhat rudely. "Well what do you think mister? Not everyone has time to spend when the whole house is depending on their small salary." Softly laughing he took a deep breath, fixing his composure. "Well well, miss big mouth, i could easily take care of you if you'd let me." Rolling your eyes, you turned away, going back to the small register and writing his payment down. "That'll be six Lei, sir." You said, handing him the paper you just wrote on. "Think about my offer, girl. I promise you won't regret it." Winking, he put the money on the table and walked out, sending a small wink. Groaning you took the Lei to the register slamming the table. Was it a crush or just disgust you felt towards this man?.
