(Hui's Pov)

As I watch Martin leave the car and make sure he and his son make it into the building safely I look back at my manager who has a frown on his face. I give him a curious look he turning his attention to me after a moment. "I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure this is Park Dongyul's apartment complex." I suddenly freeze at the name he being known for not being a nice person. "Isn't he the one who sexually assaulted Magnus and multiple other hybrids within the company?" My manager nods and I immediately frown. "How is he even still working with us? And what does he even do?" My manager grumbles in annoyance. "His fathers one of the top networking executives and he supposedly helps with promotions and everything." I grumble in annoyance as well before giving my manager a pleading look. "Next time Martin's at work can you organize a meeting between us so I can talk to him privately? I want to make sure he's okay." The manager nods assuring me he will and then we pull away from the apartment heading for my dorm instead where I tell my manager goodbye then get out and head inside to the dorm where I silently eat my dinner then head to bed to rest but am unable to get Martin and little Jaeho off my mind a sigh of frustration leaving me. Tossing and turning all night long I finally get up as soon as it's morning and head to go get dressed before waiting on the others a little impatiently. Once Jinho and Shinwon are ready we immediately head to the entertainment company where I stop the elevator on the floor of the managers office after receiving a text. I tell the two members that I'll be there at practice in a little bit and that I have something important to do before heading to the manager's office. I give a gentle knock a minute later Magnus opening the door giving me a confused look but steps aside to let me in. I thank him before heading into the room and my manager looks up before giving me a little smile. "I just now called him up here saying I had to discuss some things about the props and music video set." I nod thanking him then he turns to Magnus and motions for him to follow. "Hui needs to talk to someone privately so let's go get a coffee." He looks curious but thankfully doesn't ask and follows the manager out of the office. I wait anxiously for a minute before I hear a knock at the door I quickly rushing over to it and open it seeing a tired looking Martin he looking at me in surprise. Feeling a little concerned I move aside to let him in saying softly. "I wanted to talk to you about something." I close the door then turn to him he tilting his head slightly. "What'd you want to talk about?" Not knowing exactly how to word it I just end up blurting it out. "Park Dongyul." He freezes his body tensing up and I move a little closer. "My manager and I found out about you living with him and I just want to ask if you're okay because he's been known to be very aggressive and sexually assault hybrids." Martin stays quiet for a minute before murmuring softly. "He bought me in China and honestly it's been hell ever since. He's mean. Really mean." It's then that I notice a dark mark under his sweater and I frown stepping forward then gently lower the sweater below his neck and immediately feel a little angry when I see a large black bruise. I immediately calm down though and I look at him in concern. "He hurt you." He gives me a small reassuring smile. "I'm okay." Shaking my head I ask hesitantly. "Is Jaeho.....?" He shakes his head saying reassuringly. "I make sure to keep Jaeho safe and away from him." He suddenly makes a face. "He may biologically be Jaeho's father but he doesn't have a nurturing bone in his whole body so I make sure to keep him safely with me. Luckily Dongyul doesn't care and just ignores him." I immediately ask a little hesitantly. "So Dongyul is Jaeho's father?" He lowers his head with a nod. "Unfortunately yes. I didn't exactly choose to get pregnant though." Realizing what he's saying I feel sick to my stomach. "You mean.....?" He nods. "Yes Jaeho is a product of force. I don't like mentioning the R word. But I love my baby boy no matter what and I'm glad he's in my life I just wish I had a safer environment for him." I give him a sympathetic look. "Why don't you leave?" He frowns at me. "Because Dongyul owns me and I have no way of leaving without problems. If I'm caught I'll be killed and I can't afford for that to happen." I frown and go to say something when I'm cut off. "Look thank you for being concerned but I need to get back to Jaeho because I left him with Maya for a moment." He heads for the door I reluctantly watching him when I think of something blurting out without thinking. "Can I at least see you again?" He pauses before turning to me curiously. "Um I don't know." I give him a pleading puppy dog look. "Please? We can go out to lunch or something." He seems to hesitate before giving a little nod. "Okay lunch. I'll bring Jaeho and we'll meet you here later around one." He leaves and I grin happily before quickly heading to practice.
