Jennie Kim had always been captivated by the world of K-pop. As a child, she would spend hours watching music videos, idolizing the performers and imagining herself up on stage. Now, as a trainee at YG Entertainment, she was one step closer to realizing her dream of becoming a successful idol.

One day, Jennie was in the practice room with a group of her fellow trainees, working on a new choreography routine. She looked around and saw a new girl, standing quietly off to the side. Her long dark hair was tied up in a high ponytail, and she was dressed in a black tank top and shorts. But it was her height and her effortless grace that caught Jennie's eye. This girl was different, and Jennie couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity about her.

"Hey, who's that girl?" Jennie asked one of her fellow trainees.
"Oh, her? That's Lalisa Manoban. She's new. She just joined us today," girl replied.

Jennie watched as Lisa gracefully moved across the room. She was mesmerizing, and Jennie found herself drawn to her. There was something about Lisa's movements that was so natural, so effortless, that Jennie couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy.

As the practice went on, Jennie found herself stealing glances at Lisa. She watched as she laughed with the other girls, twirled and spun around the room, her body fluid and graceful.
But as the day went on, Jennie found herself feeling more and more drawn to Lisa. She watched as she danced, talked, and laughed with the other girls, and Jennie couldn't help but feel a sense of longing. She wanted to be friends with Lisa, to get to know her, to be a part of her world.

As the day came to a close, Jennie and the other trainees were dismissed for the evening. Jennie hung back, watching as Lisa gathered her things and prepared to leave. Jennie felt her heart racing as she approached her.
"Hey, Lisa," she said, her voice soft and hesitant. "Do you want to hang out tonight? Maybe we can grab some food or something?"
Lisa looked at her, her expression unreadable. "I'm sorry, Jennie. I appreciate the offer, but I already have plans tonight."
Jennie felt a wave of disappointment wash over her. She had put herself out there, only to be rejected. But as Lisa walked away, Jennie felt something else stir inside her. It was a feeling she was all too familiar with – anger. Who was this new girl, to turn down the queen bee of YG?
Over the next few days, Jennie found herself growing more and more bitter towards Lisa. She watched as she talked and laughed with the other trainees, her tomboyish style and natural charm making her an instant hit. Jennie felt a sense of resentment building inside her, a jealousy that she couldn't shake.

One day, as Lisa was leaving the practice room, Jennie intercepted her.
"Hey, Lisa," she said, her tone cool and detached.
"I hope you're enjoying your time here at YG. But just so you know, I'm not someone you want to mess with. I run things around here, and I don't take kindly to people who try to take what's mine."
Lisa raised an eyebrow. "I'm sorry, what exactly is yours?"
Jennie smirked

"Oh, everything," Jennie said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "The spotlight, the attention, the admiration. I'm the top around here, and I don't share my territory with anyone."

"I'm sorry, I didn't realize you owned the practice room," Lisa said, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

"I don't own the practice room, but I do have seniority here. And I don't appreciate newbies coming in and trying to steal the spotlight."

She stepped closer to Jennie, her eyes locked on hers. "You think you can scare me with your empty threats, Jennie? I'm not some pushover that you can bully into submission. I may be new here, but I'm not afraid of you or anyone else. I have my own spotlight"

Jennie raised an eyebrow. "Is that so? And where might that be?"

Lisa stepped closer, her face inches away from Jennie's. "Right here," she said, pointing to Jennie's heart. "I don't need anyone else to shine for me. I shine on my own."

Lisa left and Jennie felt a flutter in her chest at Lisa's words. There was something about her confidence and her defiance that was so alluring. She found herself drawn to Lisa, even as she tried to push her away.
