Introduction

The population of alphas, omegas, and betas were shrinking. To fight that, the government placed a new international law. Every alpha, omega, or beta had to be mated. If they weren't mated by age eighteen, they would be forced to mate. The government would make them go to an international forest region specifically owned by the government to find a mate. The only inhabitants of the forest should be those who had to be mated. And once inside the forest, it was impossible to leave unless the alpha, omega, or beta was mated. That was achieved by squeezing a collar over the wearer.

This collar allowed the government to track where anyone was. The forest was surrounded by a huge gate. You would be zapped if you tried to touch it. And it would send alerts to the government of where you were if you tried to escape the forest. The collar would also alert the government when a pair was mated. So they could drive into the forest and pick up the mated pair. For this reason, most in the forest grew more insane for a mate as time went by and would begin to jump on any random person they saw and beg to be mated.

That collar also forced the wearer to automatically shift into wolf form. That way, it was easier to make more pups. It would be nearly impossible for anyone in human form to have four pups at once. But as a wolf, the odds of having at least a litter of six was at least 90%.

Heat and rut inducers, a previously illegal drug was now legalized and even encouraged to speed up the mating process. Some things still stayed legal. While it was faced with much prejudice and mistreatment, non-Alpha and Omega or Beta and Beta mating was still legalized. The government had to give less of a shit in order to increase the population.

Society was fucked. Everyone had to be mated. A few who refused to mate would die in the forest, alone, and away from family. This taught everyone to accept a mate. It could either be mated with anyone, or die alone. And that would never change, right?
