BRING, BRING, uggghhhh I sighed, My annoying alarm clock sounded through the house, My mum worked early in the mourning so I didn't worry about waking her.
I slung my legs of the bed and, and walked across the soft carpet on to the cold bathroom tiles. I got ready, just like I did every mourning, tee-shirt jeans just as usual, Just as I was about to apply my make-up, My phone pinged with a text. I flung down my make-up brush and leaned to pick my phone out of a pile of mess. It was Mila, I smiled forcefully she always texted me at just the right moments. (Note the sarcasm)I read the message confused,
MILA: Ok I can't tell you why, but get changed really nice for around 12:30 its a surprise!
My eyes fell in the digital clock on my bed side table, 12:00pm. OMG why would she tell me this half an hour in advance, I quickly flung into action, Roughly drying and curling my hair, with super speed, probably from the adrenaline rush, Applied fool proof make-up squeezed into a white flowery dress, and pushed my feet into tan combat boots. I grabbed my phone racing down the stairs, and tipped my head back swigging milk from the bottle. Yes, FROM the bottle. I'm a rebel like that. I wiped my mouth and ran to answer the door. A hot young man answered the door, Dylan.
"Um hi," I said confused. "Hi," Dylan started, before I but in. I know its rude okay, But I was already running late, and truth be told it was awkward. "Yeah, I'm sorry but I'm actually just heading out to meet a friend so," I said super fast, As I shut the door behind me. "You didn't get Mila's text?" He questioned worried. " Yeah, She's got a surprise, for me," I answered confused, as Dylan ran his fingers through his gorgeous hair. " Surprise!" He said Grinning flirtatiously and handing me a bouquet of red roses. WHAT.
"I just have to, Be right back," I muttered nervously, rushing through my front door, slamming it behind me panting like a dog, It was very flattering. My fingers shaking I called Mila walking to the living room, pacing around the room angrily.
"Hello," She answered. My heart raced as I replied, "Hello, that's all you have to say at a time like this!" I shrieked, furiously. "What?" Mila questioned confused. "Why on earth is Dylan standing outside my front door, with a bouquet of flowers!" I questioned shocked with rage. "Thats the surprise a date with him," Mila muttered scared.
WHAT, wait why didn't I want to go out with him?, he was gorgeous, gorgeous and gorgeous. Oh yeah because hes a player. And I have feeling Aiden would disapprove.
Aiden would disapprove. You know I still need to get him back from ditching me at the party the other day and stealing my car.
On Second thoughts, I think I will go on this date. I dropped the phone, and pulled open the front door, to see Dylan standing innocently, and nervously. cute.
"Ready," I said cheerily, taking the bouquet of flowers and leaving them inside before hopping into his car.
After what seemed like hours the car finally stopped at a small hang out, Dylan interlaced his fingers with mine, as I smiled at him happily.
As we walked inside , taking a booth shortly after. Aiden walked up to us the wind blowing heroically through his hair(even though we were inside) "What are you guys doing?" Aiden asked before sitting beside me the booth and grabbing a menu.
"We um came to grab a bite to eat," Dylan answered scratching the back if his neck nervously. "Cool, You ordered yet?"Aiden asked casually. "No..." I replied staring down at the menu. "How did you know we would be here?" I asked staring at him as he glanced from the menu to me. "Just had a hunch." Aiden replied smirking. "Were on a date." Informed him. Aiden just shrugged before answering "Guess I'm the date crasher I kind of invited a few mates sorry guys," Aiden informed with zero emotion. Okay then.
"Hey guys," Matt called as he walked in followed by Mila. "Hey," I called as Dylan sat silently opposite me and Aiden slung his arm around my shoulder. "Sorry," Mila mouthed as they interrupted our failed attempt at a date.
For the rest of the night we ate and laughed forgetting how the evening started. Dylan was silent the entire time before excusing himself early. weird.
"Heres your food," The waitress informed flirtatiously, leaning down to place the food down so Aiden got a view of inside her top. lovely. "Darling cover your junk," Aiden advised before smirking and handing the menus to her as she huffed angrily storming away. We laughed heartily before tucking into our meals."Mila you have a little," Matt started before taking a napkin and wiping a ketchup smudge from the side of his mouth.
"Were just gunna...." I started as I pushed Aiden out of the booth and run outside as he trailed behind me. "What are you doing?" He asked as I peeped through the glass window. "Spying, they were having a romantic moment," I shushed him as he leaned his head on my shoulder.
We watched as I squealed, Matt leaned in and pressed his lips to Milas.
"Yay!" I squealed doing my best dance moves as Aiden watched entertained.
"My best friends are together," I exclaimed happily, so exited I actually hugged Aiden. He wrapped his arms around my tiny waist. "There not the only people I wished were together," He mumbled quietly so that I couldn't here. But I did.
