Scar POV

I was watching as the rain poured harshly onto the window. Jellie curled up near my foot. Suddenly a shadow zooms by, as I was looking out the window to see what it was. All I managed to make out was gorgeous white wings,
and they seemed to be completely drenched with water.

I stood up to grab a towel, just incase they needed shelter. As by now I noticed it was a person. Jellie jolted up by the sudden movement, and watched as I walked to the closet to get the towel. The harsh rain could be heard throughout the whole house, so why would they be outside during this weather. I mean even X sent out a warning. I've also never seen them around before, they could be a new hermit which would explain why they're outside.

I got snapped out of my thinking when Jellie rubbed her soft fur across my ankle. I quickly went to check if the winged person was still outdoors, Jellie letting out an annoyed sound. Indicating that she was upset over not getting attention.

While looking out the window I noticed how they seemed to be struggling to fly. So I went over to my front door and snatched my umbrella from the rack. I opened the door and walked over to where the person was, while holding the towel close to my chest in a way to keep it from getting wet. The person seemed to notice me approaching cause they snapped they're head towards me. Now identifying them as a male. From here I was able to see some vibrant copper brown eyes, that are slowly turning into a purplish color. His wings as well a purplish tone now. I continued to walk toward him, and as I got closer I could see how much he was trembling, I wonder how long he was out in the pouring rain. I hurried my pace, and quickly put the towel over him. In the process of doing that I dropped the umbrella, leaving both me and him soaked in the harsh rain.

I worked quickly and picked the umbrella off the ground, covering us once again. The purple color he once was covered in was gone. We quickly went inside, Jellie was waiting patiently inside of our house. A puddle of water was dripping onto the wooden floor, I turned around to close the door.

The first thing that came out of my mouth was simply, "What's your name?" He looked up to face me, it seemed like he was debating telling me such a simple thing. "Grian," he said. I was barely able to hear it, but it was still some information that I needed.

"Hey, um how about I run a bath for you, so you don't end up freezing to death?" He looked up at me and nodded. "Alright, you can wait her and stay with Jellie, or you can come with me and wait while I fill up the tub!" I shouted, since I was already down the hall. I quickly heard the pitter patter of his feet behind me.

When we reached the bathroom, I went straight to the bathtub. "How warm do you want it by the way?" I said already knowing he was right behind me. "Uh, can you just make it a tad warm?" Grian responded. "Sure thing!" Once I was done with filling the tub, I went out to fetch a towel. I left it one the sink counter.

When Grian went into the bathtub, I started to clean up the rainwater that was scattered throughout the entirety of the house. Poor Jellie was sitting on the couch hanging on for dear life. I walked around with a mop in hand, wiping the trail of water left behind, Then I went into my room, to change into clean and not soaked clothes.

Grian walked out of the bathroom his hair wet, and wrapped in a towel. I realized he must've not had any clothes, so I went into my room to find any pieces of clothing that might fit him. I eventually found a small sweater, and a pair of joggers that didn't fit me anymore. I walked up to him and gave him the clothes.

He soon came out with the clothes that I gave him. I noticed that his wings were getting crushed under the sweater, so I grabbed some scissors and cut wing shaped holes for his wings. All of the sudden his wings slapped me in the face. I looked up and suddenly saw a rectangle outline with squares faced diagonal to one another, on his neck.

Grian whipped around and started to apologize frantically. "It's alright, honestly didn't know that wings could pack such a punch." He giggled, while blushing slightly. "Still sorry, sometimes my wings have a mind of their own. Also I know it's really late to be asking this but what's your name?" "It's scar, I can't believe I didn't tell you when I first saw you." I laughed out a bit. "Um, if you don't mind me asking, what's the mark on the back of your neck?" His smile faltered, once he had processed what I had said. "Oh um, it's just something that my past server used to put on everyone." "Oh okay, well how long have you been on this server for, cause I don't remember seeing you anywhere?" "It's my first day here, actually," Grian said while he was looking down, looking seemingly shy. "That's why I've never seen you before!" I realized.

This is when I realized just how pretty his eyes were. I sorta started to I guess get lost in his eyes? They were just so luminous, and glossy. That's when I noticed I was staring at him like a creep. "Oh, sorry for zoning out, I must've looked eccentric," I said obviously very embarrassed.

"Oh it's fully alright, but I was just wondering if I stay here, or if I'm going straight outside, now that I've showered?" My eyes widened, as if I'll let him be in danger of all the mobs. "Oh no, you can stay here for as long as you need to. It doesn't matter if you even decide to stay here forever, I'll let you stay!" His eyes widened in shock. "Oh, well thank you so much, you've quite literally saved from being alone for god knows how long." He said as he hugged me, a little red in the face. I was also red In the face while I was hugging him back.
