Pandora

The first memories

Josh POV:

It had been six years since I left the only life I had ever known and ventured out into the distant galaxy in search of something more on Pandora.

Growing up, you would hear about Pandora and how the mining on its surface was helping the development of technology here on earth, but what few knew about was the Avatar program. A group of scientists who ventured to the planet in search of answers to its abundance of nature and life, even though scans had show the moon was millennia older than our own and orbiting a gas giant. how had the civilisations not burnt out all its recourses and died out eons ago? it was one of the many great questions about it.

I had questions too, so at the age of twenty, I graduated university and was signed on to the avatar program, becoming the youngest ever pilot in the history of the program to be selected for a rotation on Pandora, and so I was prepared and shipped off on the S.S. Interstar, on our six year Journey to the most hostile planet in the world lead by the great Grace Augustine, what could possibly go wrong.

Aly POV:

It had been twelve years since the humans had arrived on Pandora and yet they have still learnt nothing!

When they first arrived in there metal machines that breathed fire and destruction upon anything they touched, we reached out in friendship to the new arrivals, some even looked like us! like a doctor named Grace, she had set up a school for us, so that we could better communicate with each other, and in return we tried to show them our ways. But sky people can not be taught!

Soon they showed there true nature as they wiped out the viper wolf clan, killing them all for there territory and ripping open the earth to extract rock from bellow.

So with the demons showing who they really were, we grew weary of them, scared to show our face even to Grace who we called mother and considered family.

She was just a demon puppeting a body that looked like us. We had to remember that and so when my best friend Sueanan took a group of youngsters to attack one of there machines to show them what they were doing is wrong, they killed her, shot! right in front of her sister Neytiri who at the time was still attending school with Grace. She had turned to Grace for help! She thought she could protect her but she did nothing! she just watched as she was shot in doorway by Aliens in masks, as she lay bleeding to death on the floor. how did we ever trust those monsters? The imposters who poison our planet. never again will we trust them, never.
