It was summer and I was looking for a job after college. Handing in the application was the easy part, now it was just a matter of waiting. As I looked through the paper, an add was noticed for the local pizzeria.

"Well, I might as well get a job there besides, it would look good on a resume." I said with happiness. I phoned the place the guy on the phone spoke with me and I was surprised to learn that no other people had signed up for the night guard position. Amway's, I got the job and hanged up. This was good and I couldn't wait to get started. The feelings of nostalgia rushed through me.

That night I came to the place early to just check the place out. It was a while since I've been to the place and wanted to see if any changes to the place have been made. As I entered the front door at approximately 11:25 p.m. so I had at least 35 minutes before the shift started. As I entered the building all the memories came back to me. As I made it to the dining area I looked around. Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica were in their same spots that they always were in. I made my way to the main stage and looked at them.

"What a shame," I remarked as I saw the state, they were in. Freddy had noticeable dust collected, and Bonnie and Chica had dents in places. "It's sad that no one has took the time to smarten you up." I said as if they could hear me. I continued to inspect. Bonnie's bass looked alright as well as Freddy's microphone. As I turned around, I started reenacting the show they would put on as guests sat down in the dining area. To be honest, it was decent to say the least, although it was a little weird to me.

"Okay," I finally say. "Enough fooling around." I made my way to the office whistling a variation of Freddy's jingle. I didn't check pirates cove due to the fact it said out of order and I really had no interest in getting in trouble on my first night. As I settled down it was midnight, and I noticed a phone with recorded message. I listened to the first recording and was surprised on what the guy on the phone stated.

"They are going to stuff me in a suit!" I exclaimed as I carefully checked each location. Most of the night was uneventful though at 3:39 Bonnie was nowhere to be found. "Great, Bonnie already hates me and on the first night as well." For the rest of the night Bonnie was really the only animatronic to ever move.

At last, my shift ended, and Bonnie went back to the stage. I gathered my stuff and headed out, wondering on how this week could possibly get worse.
