This time 10 years ago who would have thought 14 year olds Mateo and Aria would be Mafia bosses, back then all they both cared about was Impressing their parents, and school work. But just 3 years later the Ascent into power started. Here is how Aria and Mateo got to where they are today.
Being only 14 Aria and Mateo did not know much about life, they had no knowledge of what life was really like, and certainly had no idea what there families really did for work, little did they both know they were from an everlasting line of power.
Aria's family were in charge of the Northern side of Italy, where her Mob Boss father Riccardo, dealt with all the ins and outs of this area, every little detail was ran through him, if you dared to cross him, you sure would know about it.
Aria knew she came from a wealthy family but had no idea truly where her parents got their money from, Her Mother Claudia was a shop assistant at a local clothes shop, so Aria started to notice things weren't adding up when her parents had a Mansion and all the finer things in life. Especially when her childhood best friends Isabella and Madalina mum's had the same job and they were barely making ends meet.
One day Aria had her two best friends come over to her house to have a slumber party, they all walked into Aria's bedroom to find Her parent's had kitted it out with Balloons, bunting and loads of snacks with a big projector on the wall showing Mean Girls, which happened to be the Trio's favourite movie. After sitting there for the duration of the Movie, Gossiping with your friends you hear a loud bang, almost like a gun shot, the three of them ran downstairs to see what the commotion was to see Aria's dad stood over a body with a gun in his hand, they all noticed blood pooling around the body.
The Trio ran upstairs, screaming and crying, not understanding at all what they have just witnessed when suddenly there was a knock on the door, Aria's dad was trying to get in the room, Isabella and Madalina both hid in the room as they were terrified that they may succumb to the same fate that the poor man did downstairs.
"Aria let me in Damn it" bellowed Riccardo, Aria slowly answered the door to be greeted by both of her parents, She stood there confused, shutting everything her parents were saying to her.
"I think you should tell her Ricco" stated Claudia
"Do you think she is ready?" Questioned Riccardo
"She's going to have to be" mentioned Claudia
