~ Jisung's POV ~

It was morning time, and I found a note where Felix was laying.

"Today they decide on who will be an ally for the Kingdom today for your group. I'm going to find out if you were accepted or not."

I sighed and threw the piece of paper on the floor. Yeah, so it turns out I'm really mad about him not telling me. I groaned and got ready for school.

I found Hyunjin and Minho waiting outside the school gates. They waved at me as I smiled awkwardly and headed towards them. Now that Felix told me his secret, I wasn't sure how it would end if these two told me their secrets too. "You okay babe?" Hyunjin asked me. I sighed. "No, not really. The whole Felix double identity thing is fucking me up and the whole memory loss thing is just... Ugh," I said as I groaned. "Why can't I just live a simple happy life like before? Why did my life just suddenly become a lot more complicated?" "I'm sorry, my dear. But we'll be here with you while you go through this," Minho spoke up. I just hummed.

We dropped Minho off at his class like yesterday, and were headed to our class together. "Hey, I know you're really stressed out right now. Do you want to go on a date and try to ease your mind?" Hyunjin said. I nodded. "I guess that wouldn't be a bad idea. What should we do?" "We can have a picnic on the beach, maybe watch the sunset?" I smiled, "That sounds nice. I need simple right now. When?" "Today or tomorrow work for you?" "Let's do tonight!"

~ Minho's POV ~

It was lunch time, but I would be leaving school early today after letting Jisung and Hyunjin know not to wait up for me. I had important things to attend to.

I arrived at the Ramona city hall, where I waited on the balcony for a certain someone to show up. "Hey," I heard a voice behind me. I turned around to see the menace that almost destroyed my face yesterday.

"You look better with that band aid on your face. It covers up some of the ugly." I scoffed, "What are you, Hyunjin now? Anyways, what was the result?" Felix sighed. "You won't like it." "Don't tell me they put him in Sector 5 with us?" "You really damn well wish that was the case."

"What do you mean by that, Felix?" "He got put in Sector 1. In other words, Jisung got put in the front lines and he's going to be used as a shield and more than likely, killed on the spot."

My heart sank. "What?! But didn't he fail all the tests?!" "He did fail everything. He got almost perfect 0's on everything except Latin which doesn't really count."

"So then do they really not even care about who's fighting for them? Are they really just using whoever now?" "Looks like it. They want all the numbers they can get." I groaned. "If I had known that they were just going to use everyone, I would've told him to get perfect scores to end up with us... What the hell do we do?"

"We have two options. Either we move to Sector 1 which they probably won't do, or we try asking for a re-test for him." "Then ask them for a re-test!" "Obviously. I'll try asking if he can take a re-test with the next group that comes in." "And when will that be?" "Next week." I sighed, "Okay, then we have time. When will you ask?" "I can go back today and see what they tell me."

"Okay yes for god's sake, ask them today."

~ Jisung's POV ~

I helped out at the bakery before heading out for my date. It was 6 pm and I quickly got dressed to walk over to Hyunjin's house, since his house is close to the beach. I wasn't able to tell Minho that we were going on a date since he seemed like he was in a hurry to leave during lunch, but I doubt he minded.
