11 part 2

The carnival was going good, no drama so far. I danced a little, drank a little, I was having fun yea. Tae was treating me really nicely, he's definitely a gentleman but nothing about him really turns me on. Hes just a good guy that is easy to get. Ufnortunately. I really love him.. as a friend.

Speaking of him I noticed he was coming close to me. By the time he reached me I looked for Park and when I noticed him talking to other girl students, jealousy literally won over my common sense. It was eating me up from the inside. What are they possibly talking about?

"Here you are, let's go." He grabbed my hand and pushed mw forward.

"Where why?" I was confused because he dragged me to the front stage.

One of the teacher came up on the stage and grabbed the mic. She adjusted it lower to fit her height.

"Dear students, we are so happy to be here and so proud of you for all this hard work that you've done. This carneval happend only because you! You all did a great job preparing this ball. If we join our forces, everything's possible. Now I would like to announce something." She finally got everyones attention.

"Iam gonna announce the winners of tonight's Ball Carnival." Everyone started murmuring and laughing. "Students and both teachers voted for the queen and king." She opened the envelope and smiled.

"Mary Lockwood and Jason Bleak win second place, as prince and princess." She started clapping and some guys whistled in the back.

"Go Jason!!" His friends from football team fangirling hard.

Mary was a pretty girl, but I never really noticed her she was kinda invisible.

As I watched them walk the stairs and take their little crown I noticed Park was watching me from the corner of this big room.

I looked at him and as soon as he caught my attention he looked away.

I smiled cause it was cute that he didn't want me to see that he's clearly obsessed with me.

"Thank you so much!" Mary screamed into the microphone with her overly hyped voice.

They gave her, her very own princess crown. She couldn't have been happier.

"Okay and now the first place. The queen and king of this whole night and whole school year. Are you ready? Can you guess who it is?" She was really trying to make this as long as possible. It was annoying. No one cared.

I heard people next to me saying random names of people from our school. I even heard my name.

"And the queen and king is... Melisa Enero and Kim Taehyung!!" Everyone turned at me and started clapping. My eye balls almost fell out of my eye holes. I never fucking participated in this shit.

I stood there frozen and people started pushing me to go upstairs. I smiled awkwardly.

"I knew she would win." Someone whispered and I could hear.

I mean.. we all knew. Except me. I didn't expect it.

Taehyung ran from behind to my side. I whispered to him. "What the hell is happening?"

He smiled. "I guess people love us together. They even voted for us."

I don't want a yone to think we are together.

"Come here guys." Our teacher put her hand on my back and pushed me a little towards the microphone while people in the back were grabbing our fake crowns.

"How does it feel?" I saw the big crowd of people in front of me looking and staring. Made a little nervous but still okay.

"Feels amazing." I hope no one actually noticed how confused I was. "Yea. Thank you so much." I thank to whoever voted for me.
