When we enter The Great Hall, we see Imelda running towards us.

"You won't believe what just happened! Go on, let's sit, I will tell you all about it!"

We sit next to Ominis to hear Imelda's story, while Professor Black delivers his speech somewhere in the background.

"So, I was walking to class, nothing out of ordinary and then I hear something explode. Garreth is with me, so we go investigate..."

"...as you all already know Ordinary Wizarding Levels is a very important part..."

"...And we see a giant toad! Like, a giant one. Nothing special, you might think, but..."

"...the professors were guiding you through all those years, teaching you, making you..."

"And it turns out some second year students decided that it would be hilarious to enlarge the toad, but they misspelled the incantation and it had a tail and the longest tongue..."

"...so, in next two weeks we will find out what did we raise..."

"...and it ate the boy! Thankfully..."

"...charms on the 13'th of May..."

"Wait, what?" I exclaim. Some of the students look at me with obvious disapproval, while Imelda and Sebastian express more of a bewilderment.

"You would prefer a twelve-year-old eaten like some fly?" Sebastian asks, still confused.

"Screw the boy, the exams are in less than two weeks? So soon?" I ask, feeling like I'm about to forget how to breathe.

"Well, yes...It's the only thing that professors were talking about for the last month..." Ominis says.

"But...but I don't know anything!"

"You do, there is no need to panic." Sebastian puts his hand on my shoulder, trying to calm me down.

"Pen, do you need some water? Sebastian, I think she is having a panic attack...Sebastian, she is having a panic attack!" Imelda almost shouts.

Somehow, I manage not to start rolling around shouting "I have no future", probably thanks to Sebastian and Imelda escorting me out of the room. When we get back, the Headmaster has already finished speaking and the food has appeared.

But I seem to completely lose my appetite.

I pick my food with a fork, mumbling:

"I should have spent more time studying..."

"Relfaxh, we'll ghet you up to speed. Whad don't cha knaw? Yoo know shpells, yeu can shpot animahls in yer shleep, yeu can make pohshions..." Says Sebastian while chewing something.

"Transfiguration..."

"Oh..." Sebastian swallows, "That's a tricky one..."

"But you've got this, Pen. You did study after all, you've got the skills and the knowledge. Just take a deep breath and focus," Imelda encourages me.

"Yeah, and we can help you review and practice. We're in this together," Ominis adds.

I nod slowly, feeling a bit better. Maybe I can do this.

"And if all else fails, just remember that there's more to life than exams," Sebastian says with a smile.

We continue eating and chatting, discussing different strategies for studying and preparing for the upcoming exams. As we finish our meal, I feel a bit more confident and ready to face the challenge ahead.
