Fanny huffed as she stared up at the massive, three story school building. 'Three years going here, and I still have yet to figure out a way to find all my classes on the first day quickly.' She thought as she entered the high school with the pace and posture of a diseased bird. Fanny looked down at the paper in her hand, her home room was her first class, as it usually was on the first day. 'Room 205.' She read, looking up to see where in the world she was. The room closest to her read, '114' she was only on the first floor, her home room would be on the second, hence it being in the 200's. Fanny climbed the stairs, placing a hand on the railing, not that she was actually using it to walk.
"Ack!" A somewhat masculine voice said. Fanny looked up and saw a light-skinned male with highlighter hair a few steps above her on the stairs, having just about bumped into her. The boy looked around her age, if not a bit younger. He had neon green pupils, was wearing a yellow pin in his hair, and was carrying an unnecessary amount of binders for one person.
"Careful," Fanny said, and walked around him up the rest of the stairs. 'He must have transferred from Yoyal.' Fanny thought. Though the school was huge, the two it was located in had a decently small population, meaning that a good amount, if not, most of the students were from nearby cities, who's middle schools ended at higher grades, meaning that new students would come from all sorts of grades.
'205' Fanny thought as she read the number of the class in front of her. Fanny opened the door to see that some other students had also entered the class early, a few were reading, while others were just messing around on their phones. Fanny frowned as she spotted Eraser and Blocky, some of the worst student's she'd ever shared a class with. They had been menaces in the third grade, and by the looks of it, they hadn't gotten much better. Fanny took a seat near the front and slung her backpack around the back of her chair.
Pulling out her phone, Fanny began to scroll through the media, occasionally looking up to see another student entering the class. Eventually, the teacher entered, 'Professor Three.' Fanny observed, as she recognized their salmon coloured clothes. Three had been her history teacher last year, and they had probably been the most tolerable of the staff. Three placed a few papers on their desk and checked their watch when the bell rang, signifying the students to get their asses in class.
Three waited for a moment for the last of the group to enter before they said, "Okay class, it's your first day, and that can be hard for some students, so I've decided that we won't have to do any work!" A few students whooped at the announcement, and someone in a red dress threw her hands in the air in excitement. Fanny placed her phone in her bag and saw the teacher pull a comically large hat out of their desk.
"Now, let's start with some icebreakers, here's how it'll work; in this hat, I put slips of paper with everyone's names on them. I will draw a name at random, and whoever I pick must stand up and answer a random trivia question!" Three exclaimed, stuffing their hand into the hat and unfolding a small piece of paper.
"Pin!" Three called, and the female in the red dress stood up, Fanny observed that she had a silver bow on her head and brown eyes.
"Pin, if you were to start a company that sold products to consumers, what would it produce?" Three asked, dropping the paper into the trash can next to their desk. Pin pondered the question for a moment before answering, "I would make baked goods for super cheap, so that everyone can have access to them!" She proudly announced, sitting down afterwards.
"Amazing answer! Now, who's next?" Three said, digging around the pile of names. "Fanny!" They said, because it just had to be her. Fanny rolled her eyes and stood up, noticing that the boy from earlier had sat next to her as she did.
"If you could have any superpower, what would it be?" Three asked, putting a hand on their hip, their smile growing wider. Fanny puzzled her head around the question for a moment. 'Super strength would be good, that way, I could finally kick Snowball's ass, but invisibility would be just as great.' She thought, as she looked around the room, when it suddenly came to her,
