Dasiy pov

I wrote my name on my new guitar my dad got me for my birthday it was midnight i looked outside the stars were shining bright this was the 5th time we moved the other times it was because of my dads job making him but this time he quit and got a job where he didn't have to move everywhere i was starting a new school tomorrow or well today it was too early to go to school it started at 9 so i really needed to sleep

The stars were shining brighter then they would normally at my old home the northern lights are supposed to be on in a few weeks in this town i loved space i was so excited a bit too excited i soon fell asleep at my desk writing some stuff down

September 20th 2023
7:30am

I woke up and looked at the time "SHIT!" i quickly got up and started getting ready i had a long jumper on to cover the vitiligo on my arms i also put a mask on to cover it aswell i didnt like it. It was ugly to me

8:45 am

I quickly grabbed my stuff and ran outside and got on my bike and went off to school i managed to make it there at 8:58 the teacher at the gate showed ms where to put my bike gave me my new timetable and showed me to my class i walked in amd everyone stared "alright everypne this is dasiy vee shes new so treat her well luna raise your hand" a girl in the back put her hand up "dasiy you can sit beside her," i nodded and sat down beside her

I hated English but this girl made it easier but she kept talking she was very friendly i wasn't there for small talk. It was class she needs to shush

Next class i was in was science i was in her science class great. I sat down beside her as it was the only empty seat she was tapping her knees and waved at me i smiled and went to learning we were doing space i loved it and mr hart was surprised on how much i knew

"psssttt" i ignored it "PSSSTTTT" i looked at the girl luna i think it was "you're really good at space aren't you?" she said with a stupid grin on her face i nodded "here show me your timetable" i did as she asked she smiled "you're in all my classes music is next"

This is gonna be a long day

I arrived home "im home!!" my mom came over, "hey hunny how was it?" she smiled "it was ok i like the science teacher hes very kind" she ruffled my hair "well good job now go do whatever you do im gonna make dinner"

I giggled and went upstairs that luna girl was very calm but somehow very chatty but whatever she's the only friendly one at the moment my dad came in with a bowl of noodles and putd ut beside me "tthanks dad," he smiled and walked out i dont eat with my mother and father it feels weird and its just awkward sitting in silence eating i put my headphones on and started doing homework

I looked at the clock "12:56 am.." i put my books away and lied down on my bed school is ok and no one knows about my vitiligo it was nice not getting asked "whats wrong eith your skin" or "mommy is she sick? " i looked outside it was dark the only thing shinning was the stars it was peaceful i lied down and fell asleep
