Chapter 6: Coming Back

A month passed by, and Wrath was still controlling me. My arm isn’t broken, though! But one weekend, a weird thing happened. Wrath, Ash,and Edward were taking a walk near the fire station. “So, how long are you planning to stay in Issac’s body, Wrath?” Ash laughed. “Oh, I don’t know… He still hasn’t taken over, which surprises me…” He said, but quite sadly. But just then, we both felt pain. “AAARGH!” Me and Wrath yelled. “What is it?!” Ash and Edward said. “My lord!!!! WHY?!” Wrath said. “What do you mean?!” I said in pain. “He’s taking over me and making me evil!!!” He said. “WHAT?!” I yelled. But then, his eyes turned glowing red. “HAHAHA!!!” He laughed. “GO AWAY!!!!” I yelled. Ash and Edward backed up and activated their powers. Wrath threw a bomb at the fire station, and he was floating in air. “NOW YOU SEE WRATH!! YOU’RE JUST A HELPLESS SERUM!” His evil side said. Ash and Edward just stood there, and Edward said “We can’t attack! That’s still Issac!” “You’re right, Ed!” Ash said. Then, 5 cop cars came by, and one cop shot my left arm. “AHHHHGH!!” Wraths’ evil said yelled. I yelled, too, because that was the arm I could feel. “WAIT!!! DO NOT SHOOT!!” Ash and Edward yelled. “That is our friend being controlled!!” The cops looked up and looked terrified. I started to take action and try to take over my body. “ARGH!!” I yelled while trying. “NO!! AHHH!” Wraths’ evil side yelled. Everyone on the ground looked at us struggling. “He’s trying to take over his body!” Ash said. A few minutes later, I got the evil side out, but then Wrath was speaking to me. “Good job, kid! Thank you so much… I never wanted to burn, destroy, or hurt anyone…I just wanted a normal life… But thank you, now I can live in peace!” He said. “But Wrath” I said. “You’ll be gone” “I know, that is the way of eternity… The next life… I’ll be watching you, kid…. Also, if you go to our hideout… there should be a red serum in a room that says secret… Inject it, and it will give you your powers for good. They won’t fade away!!! Good luck, kid! Defeat Migas for me!” He said, fading away from my mind. “WRATH!!!” I yelled. But he was gone. I paused for a minute in the air, and then I dropped to the ground. That was the last thing I could remember after. I don’t know how long after, but I slowly opened my eyes to the blurry faces of Ash, Edward, Dad, and Aiden. I quickly sat up and yelled “WRATH!!!!!” “Issac!!!!” They all said. I laid back. I put my arm over my face and smiled. “Issac, is that really you?” Edward asked. I took my arm off of my face. “Yeah, it’s me!” I answered. Everyone hugged me. A few minutes later, they all sat down, and it was quiet for a while. I knew my power was now gone, but that didn’t mind me at the moment. “So… What was it like in there… When Wrath was controlling you?” Ash asked. I laughed “Hahaha It was different don’t get me wrong!! But he was very nice… Just before I took over my body he told me that he never wanted to burn, destroy, or hurt anyone, he just wanted a normal life and… That if we go to his hideout, we should find a red serum that will restore all of my power for good” I explained. All of them looked very sad and surprised. “Well now he is in a good place” Dad said. I looked at my left arm. “AHH!!” I yelled. I totally forgot I was shot! “I forgot I was shot!!!!” I said to everyone. They all laughed. I got up from the hospital bed. “Wait, you can’t be up!!” Aiden said. “Oh shut up, Aiden!! It’s been two months!!” I said. Him and dad looked at me wide-eyed. “Wait what do you mean?!” Ash and Edward said. I just looked at them and smiled. I got to mom’s room, and a nurse was in front of her. She turned around. “Oh! Honey, you can’t be out of bed!!” She said as she rushed to me. “That’s my mom,” I said. “Oh!” The nurse said. “Who is that?” Mom asked. I ran to her. “MOM!!!” I said, hugging her. Aiden, Dad, Ash, and Edward came running into the room, too. “Oh my love!!!!” Dad said. “Mommy!” Aiden said. We all hugged her while Ash and Edward stood there, smiling. We all sat down in the chairs after that. “W-what happened?!” Mom asked. “Why am I in the hospital?” Just then, she looked at the calendar beside her. “Wait… It's not March!! It’s December!! Right?!?” She said, ''We all looked at her very sadly, and I said “Mom… you were in a coma for 2 months.' ' She looked at me terrified. “No way!” “Yes, my love, we missed you terribly, " Dad said. “Wow!” She said," A couple of hours later, Dad and Aiden took mom home, but I had to stay because I was badly injured. Me, Ash, and Edward were talking for an hour. “Ok we better go Ed…" Let's let Issac rest” Ash said. “Yeah… see ya later!!!” Edward said as they both walked out. I lay there for a moment, staring at the ceiling. Then, I heard a knocking at the door. I looked over, and I saw Nikki. She looked very worried. “Nikki!!! What are you doing here?!” I said as I sat up quickly. “I heard what happened,” She said, walking closer to me. She put three fingers on each hand over the spot where I was shot, and it glowed a light pink. Some of the blood was disappearing. I looked at my arm with wide eyes. A few minutes later, she took her fingers away from my arm. I made a fist and stretched it. It was completely healed!!! I looked at Nikki with complete shock. “What?!?” I asked. “I’ll explain!” Nikki said, laughing. “After I asked you why we had to get new teachers and a principal, you seemed kind of secretive about it, so I went over and asked Ash and Edward, and they told me EVERYTHING! So I went and trained to become a healer and be on your guy’s team! I just talked to them out there.” I looked at her very surprised. “Oh my gosh! This is amazing! Do you have a special suit or whatever?” I asked. She raised her hand and a light pink circle appeared and she was dressed in a light pink suit with white on it. “Wow!” I said. “You sure you want to be by our side?” “Yes, I hate being on the side and not knowing anything… I want to help you guys! I can also fight if I have to, ' she said. “Let me explain my power a bit…” She held up one finger on each hand and put them together. “If I heal with one finger on each hand, that means that it’s little damage like a cut, for example! If I heal with two fingers on each hand, It means a bit of damage… three means medium damage, four means dangerous damage and five means critical damage… But the more healing I use, the more energy gets drained from my body, ''she explained. I smiled. “That’s so cool!” I said. She deactivated her powers. “Hey… Meet me at the back alley behind that abandoned hotdog shop tomorrow at 2 pm and be there with your powers activated… Tell Ash and Edward too” I said. Nikki nodded. “Ok! I’ll see you then!” She said, walking out.
