Unknown POV: Verrückt Island is the foundation of the Reichenbach Mental Institute.
It houses known patients for their violent outbursts due to severe damages to their mind. Most don't even know what they have done before they wake up from the tranquilizer darts.
Deep in the underground lab within the island rock, was several individuals in the secret lab where a female corpse was lying under a sheet.
A long haired man stood over the table as he stares at the female figure in concentration while twirling his favorite scalpel before he said;

He pulled some cables and haphazardly hooked them to the metal table before throwing the light switch electrocuting the table and corpse.
He flipped it six times before he turned it off and waited. He approached slowly and cautiously before the woman had sat up with a gasp before screaming at the top of her lungs.

The long haired man laughed madly before he rested his hand on hers before she pulled it back in fear.
The long haired man cooed;
???: "Don't be afraid my darling. You're safe with me, I missed you so much."
He wrapped his arms around her and stroked the back of her head as she sat there afraid to move.

The two sat like a couple on the operating table as the long haired man listened to her heart beat. He said as he stood up;
???: "Good my dear! Now to check your reflexes."
He took a small rubber hammer and tapped her knee before it kicked out next to him. He caught her leg before it had the chance to go back down before he ran his gloved hand up her thicc thigh. He cooed as his hand got closer to her shorts;
???: "I'm so glad you're active...makes me want to really test your reactions."
Their moment was interrupted much to the woman's enjoyment as an menacing looking man entered while shouting;
