Y/n gazed out of the subway window, softly crying at the thought of her parents. Her parents died in a fatal massacre in a Mcdonalds on her 6th birthday. After her parents died she was sent off to live with her Great grandparents in Alabama. Currently, she was wearing the dress her father gave her on her birthday , the top was in the pattern of a pineapple and the skirt was like the leaves of the pineapple

The subway came into a halt, lunging her and the boy next to her over. " w-w-w-w-w–w-hat h-h-h-h-apened?" she said.

As soon as he said that a black figured started swallowing people alive.."come on lets run!" said the boy. Y/n and the boy ran far far away , with y/n's long straight shimmery greasy smooth noodle colored gold hair bowling in the autumn wind and his shadow-y jet black hair falling onto his face.Y/N and the boy quickly found themselves lost in the blazing forest, none where people dare to go. "W-w-w-w–whats going on?!" Y/n cried out in fear. The tall boy reasoned with a simple shrug and smiled " my name is Zeke". Y/ns face soon relaxed and she whispered "Im..Y/n..L/n.." .
They soon forgot all fear and chatted while walking around. They talked about all sort of things from minecraft, to roblox to her necklace that her mother gave her on her birthday.It was a gemstone that was a pretty red just like Zeke's eyes. "O-M-G" Zeke squealed. Zeke pointed to Y/n's necklace. "H-huh?" Y/n stammered as she looked down to find it glowing and whispered to her.Y/N shrugged but Zeke was interested. "Why is it glowing?" Zeke asked " n–n-n-n-n–no r-reason" Zeke grew more angry . He pinned her against a tree " tell me." Zeke growled at her. "I..Its gl-" y/n started but got cut off
