Chapter 3

     About a year later the capital launched a plan to take back wall Maria (which was really just a way to control the population). When the troops returned there was less than a third left. Two years after the fall of wall Maria I joined the survey corps.

     We all stood in a line (I was next to Annie) when this bald guy came out. He started yelling at some of the other kids probably to instill fear.

     However he ignored some people like that Eren kid, the scarf girl he was with, me and Annie and some others. Then this kid named Connie had his salute backwards and he picked him up by his head yeah that's right his head!

     "How did you do that" suddenly he stopped and everybody was looking at me I could hear Annie verbally sigh.

     "What did you just say" he asked me slowly.
"How did you do that, i mean how is that possible, shouldn't he be in extreme pain".

     He dropped Connie and walked towards me. He stopped right in front of me "and why did you feel the need to ask that" he asked me. "Cause I wanted to know, so you gonna answer oooooor not".

     That seemed to really tick him off, everyone had a shocked look on their face even the other adults. "What is your name" "y/n, I'm from shiganshina" at that everyone looked real surprised even him.

    "Your from shiganshina?" He said "yep". "Well y/n from Shiganshina for the rest of the month you will have to begin training 4 hours early and finish it 4 hours after everyone else" "ok".

     As he was yelling at me he suddenly stopped I followed his eye sight and saw a girl eating a potato "hey you there what do you think your doing" he said to her slowly 'man he never answered my question'.

     He suddenly started yelling at her then he asked for her name which she replied with.

     "Sasha Braus from Dauper village at your service reporting for duty sir!". He than asked what she had her hand (it was a steamed potato) I laughed quietly at her response, when I did Annie glared at me I could tell it was a warning "boring" I whispered, then she elbowed my side.

     After recovering from pain I see Sasha break the potato in half and give one to him.

     He made her run laps, as I was about to approach her Annie suddenly comes up to me.

     "What are you an idiot why would you ask that" she starts yelling at me "cause I was curious duh" "seriously still did you have to ask then" as she was yelling at me she started karate chopping my head, "ow Annie stop" she didn't stop.

     After Annie finished she asked me if I wanted to go get food I said I'll catch up with her in a little bit then I ran up to Sasha.

     I matched my pace with hers, she looked over at me "hello?" She said out of breath "your Sasha right" she nodded "bread or potato's" that seemed to give her energy "potato's 100%, they're so much more flavorful than bread" she said with an excited smile "really but they're just pretend rocks" at that she gave a confused look.

     "I mean have you ever compared it to a rock it's clear their trying to copy it, they must be some kind of intergalactic alien". Sasha looked at me weirdly "you know they do kind of look like rocks" "see! Which is one reason bread is better I mean you can toast it put stuff on it and there is tons of different types" that got her even more pumped up, so we continued arguing about bread and potatoes.

     "He made her run till sunset, though she looked more upset that she lost meal privileges" somebody said.

     "Wait look that girl from earlier is with her"

     "What doesn't she have a different punishment why is she running too"

     Looking up I see the strange girl from that night 2 years ago.

      'Wow she is still as weird'

     I look over and see the girl from earlier Eren is staring at her too in fact everyone is.

     'Did she get prettier?'

     "Well you've certainly got an interesting crop this year"

     "Yeah you're really gonna have your hands full"

     As I was about to reply I see y/n running with Sasha Braus, was this girl serious and she seemed to be happily chatting with her.

     'Just who is this kid, I've already punished her'

     'Why is y/n taking so long'

     I look around until I see her running too

     'Oh you've got to be kidding me'
