"You look so beautiful in this lehanga, Manisha" arthi said looking at Manisha who came out after changing.
"Thank you arthi"
"Sit down,let me do your makeup" arthi said.
Manisha sat there quitely.
Arthi Started doing her makeup and it was over.
"You are ready,let's go" arthi said
"Mm,let's go" Manisha said.
Manisha came downstairs and saw everyone laughing and chatting with each other.
When she came down, everyone's eyes fell on her.
Manisha smiled at everyone. Everyone also smiled at her.
Her mom came and took her to the mehandi artist.
The mehandi artist started drawing designs in her hand.
The mehndi motifs are known for its intricate designs with the popular motifs being flowers, peacock, mango, baraat n even religious symbols, depending on the religion of the bride. Usually, the bride's and groom's name are hidden in the mehndi design and the groom is made to find out in order to woo his bride. It is even said that the darker the bride's mehndi is, the more her husband will love her.
The mehandi artist done her designs and started drawing on others hands.
Manisha was looking at the designs drew by the artist, it was so beautiful.
The artist drew on her hands upto here forearms and on her legs.
She was sitting and waiting it to be dried.
It was night time and soon, the Sangeet too started.
Sangeet is the festive function with music and dance adding more fun to the wedding celebration. The families, along with friends and relatives, enjoy in the midst of the hectic wedding schedule with music, dance and even skit performances that portray the wedding story of the couple. These performances are not only vibrant and fun, they also add a lot of charm to the wedding.
Tomorrow is their wedding........ The day, both the besties going to become a family, their love for each other is finally gonna be shown. Two families gonna become a single one.
