Paintbrushes POV:
A few hours later, school ends. We walked home today. "There's some sort of cave nearby!" Lightbulb exclaimed. We walked to the cave. "Be right back!" Lightbulb spoke before leaving me at the cave. I texted my mom.
Mom: WHERE ARE YOU?
Me: Hanging out with a friend.
Mom: Ok, be home by 7.
Lightbulb came back with cave exploring stuff. "Are we ready?" I asked. She nodded and I grabbed a flashlight. We got deep into the cave and found gems. Eventually, we found a bloody camera (a camera with blood on.)
We decided to watch the recording on it. It was horrifying. All of a sudden, the cave closed in. We started worrying. I looked at my phone. My battery was dead. Luckily, Lightbulb had 5% left. "Call the emergency services before your phone dies!" I freaked out.
Lightbulbs POV:
I quickly dialed 911. "911 whats your emergency?" A woman spoke. "Help us! We are stuck in a cave! We are near the school." I rushed. "What's the name of the school?" She asked. "Object elementary." I replied. "Ok, help wi-" The woman spoke before the phone died.
"Don't worry, we will be out soon." I reassured them. We looked infront of us. "Hey, some gems! Why don't we get them?" They asked. "Why not?" I replied. Both of us grabbed a pickaxe and mined all the gems.
An hour later, we heard someone. "Is anyone in there?" She asked. Both of us spoke. "Ok, I'll get the rescue team. This may take a few hours." She spoke. We heard a few more people.
