      Zeus had conquered his father and he became the ruler of Olympus, the supreme god of the universe.
Zeus after becoming an all knowing God felt the urge of needing a queen stand by his side.

He took a liking to the goddess Medis, daughter of Titan Ocean who helped him conquer Chronos in Titanomachy. Medis was a deity who beauty was immeasurable, and she was as beautiful as she was wise.

Zeus displayed great interest in the wise goddess, but she rebuked him. She had the power of metamorphosis and could change her form to anything she wanted. Zeus forcefully captured her and she had no choice but to submit to him.

      Zeus took Medis as his wife and together they ruled the world prosperously. Time passed and Medis took in for Zeus.
Gaia, the goddess who personified the earth, visited Zeus in his heavenly abode. She gave him a prophesy that Medis would bore two children to him.

"One would be a daughter whose strength and wisdom would measure to that of her parents combined and a son whose strength would be far greater than that of his father, he would be the one to dethrone him."

Zeus felt uneasy, he didn't want to meet the same fate as his father and his grandfather. Inspired by his father he devised a plan to prevent his dreaded end from happening. He asked his wife to transform into a drop of water so he could witness her great metamorphic powers.

She did as he said, after transforming into a drop of water, Zeus held her in his hands and swallowed her.
After swallowing his wife,Zeus obtained the wisdom of his wife and became a more wiser god.

But time passed and Zeus began to feel extreme pain, headaches that were unbearable. Zeus couldn't take the pain so he asked that his head be cut open. Zeus's head was sliced open a deity was found inside. Athena who was already fully grown became the goddess of Wisdom and defensive warfare. Medis remained in the stomach of Zeus.

Athena became one of the most respected deities, and was known to be Zeus's favourite daughter.

Person 1: according to what I heard the goddess Athena got upset at her impure priestess and turned her into a Gordon.
