Little back story: Ren and kyo has been dating for almost a year now. As you may know, ren and Aster has been flirting alot especially in front of kyo and the rest of Iluna. Kyo has been overthinking alot because of this and wonders if he's not good enough or if ren is just playing with his feelings. Ever since the overthinking started, kyo has been avoiding ren for a while. (Time skipping to now)
It was a rainy day today and kyo decided to sit outside for a bit because he just wanted to feel..
relaxed from everything that has been going on. Ren and Aster, his grades, his mental health, and overthinking it all.
12:26 AM.
Kyo stands outside with his hood over his head so he wouldn't get his hair wet or himself in general. He started to overthink once again. His bottom lip started to tremble as his vision became blurry and slanted. He takes one of his hands from out of his pocket an puts it over his face, his hand got slightly wet from the rain. Tears started to roll down his face, even when he tried to hold them back, his emotions were too strong.
"Fuck man." He whispered to himself. He couldn't control his overthinking, so it got worse. Kyo started sobbing at this point.
Meanwhile with Ren, he was sitting on his bed, thinking about kyo. Thinking 'why has he been ignoring me?'. He got up from his bed, went out of his rom and went straight to kyos even though it was the middle of the night. He knocks and knocks, starting to get worried about his lover. "Kyo?? Are you there?" He said hoping to get a response, but he got noting.
Ren looked down at the door knob and twisted it to open the door. Once he opened the door, kyos room was empty. There was no sight of him. Ren looked out of kyos window to get a idea that he might be outside"..but..it's raining? Why would he be outside?" Ren said to himself. Ren found his own idea pretty dumb but went anyways. He went back to his room to get a raincoat so he won't get wet. He went outside and went straight to the back of their school. He turned a corner and sees a guy in a yellow hoodie standing in the rain all by himself, sobbing.
Ren froze once he saw his lover crying in the cold rain. He ran to kyo and pulls him into a big hug. Kyo yelped and noticed who was hugging him. He felt relieved for a couple of seconds but then remembers what ren has done to him. Kyo pushes ren back and looks down at his feet.
"kyo..why are you out here? Why are you crying? Your going to get a cold!" Ren reaches for kyos hand but kyo smacks it away.
"Don't touch me." Kyo said in a annoyed tone. "Wha- kyo, what's wrong?" Kyo refused to give a answer to ren and starts crying even more. "Did I do something to hurt you?-" "YES. YES YOU DID. YOU FUCKING HURTED ME, REN." Kyo yelled. He looked up at ren. Ren felt confused and upset with himself. "Can I know what I did?" Kyo sighed and sniffles. "I feel like you don't give a shit about me anymore." "But kyo that's not-" "THEN PROVE IT. FUCKING PROVE THAT YOU ACTUALLY LOVE ME BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE YOU DONT. YOUVE BEEN FLIRTING WITH ASTER AND LETTING HIM BE ALL TOUCHY WITH YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU KNEW THAT WE'RE DATING. IN FRONT OF ME EVEN. Hell, i don't even know why i fell for someone like you." "Kyo.." "im just sick of it. IM DONE. YOUVE MADE ME OVERTHINK FOR THE PAST MONTH BECAUSE OF YOU AND ASTER." Kyos hood fell off of his head which lead to his hair getting soaked. "IF YOUR INLOVE WITH HIM JUST SAY THAT GOD DAMNIT! I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY FUCKING TIME OVERTHINKING ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP. EVERY TIME ASTER COMES INTO THE ROOM, I FEEL LIKE YOU COMPLETELY FORGOT THAT I FUCKING EXISTED. I JUST GET MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT YOU NOW, BECAUSE I DONT THINK I CAN EVEN TRUST YOU ANYMORE."
Rens eyes overfilled with tears. He couldn't believe what kyo was saying. "Kyo i- I'm sorry. I didn't know that you felt that way. I'm sorry that I didn't realized how close me and Aster get sometimes. I'm s-sorry.." Rens voice got shakey when the tears spilled out of his eyes onto his face.
Kyo wipes the tears off of his face and avoided eye contact from ren once again. "I need some time to think, ren. I'm just really pissed off right now." "I understand." Ren replied.
Kyo puts his hood back on his head and walks away from Ren, still crying. Ren wiped the tears off of his face and walked back inside as well.
