Evan Rachel Wood is a 35 year old actress who was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, US and is currently residing in Nashville. Her roles includes Dolores Abernathy in the HBO series "Westworld", Madonna in the Weird Al Yankovic biopic "Weird: The Al Yankovic Story" and Queen Iduna in "Frozen II".
Evan was in an on/off relationship with Marilyn Manson in 2007, which lasted until August 2010. They got engaged in January of 2010, but the two ended their relationship in August of that same year.
Fast forward to 2016, Evan told a Rolling Stone reporter that she had been raped by someone many years ago, but she didn't name anyone. And in 2018 she went to speak to the congress about her sexual abuse experience. This was in support of the Sexual Assault Survivors Bill Of Rights Act. A year later, she testified before the California State Senate and talked about her sexual abuse experience once again. Although this time, it wasn't hard for anyone to figure out who she was talking about, even though she still didn't name anyone. This was all to help pass the Phoenix Act, which would extend the statue of limitations in cases about domestic violence.
In her 2019 testimony, she mentioned that the abuse she had experienced in the hands of Marilyn Manson had been emotional, physical and sexual. According to her, Marilyn Manson had done and said antisemitic things. Although, she did also mention that she did not have any evidence of anything that she mentioned, such as videos and pictures, because she knew that the statue of limitations had run out. But because of the Phoenix Act, the statue of limitations would help victims by extending the statue of limitations. On January 1st 2020, the Phoenix Act was passed into law by the governor Gavin Newsom. While the statue of limitations wasn't extended to 10 years, like Evan had proposed earlier, it was extended to 5 years.
One year later, on February 1st 2021, Evan named Marilyn Manson as her abuser in a statement on Instagram, saying that she was "groomed and horrifically abused by him for years". She went on to talk about how she had to file a police report after she said she had been threatened by Marilyn Manson's wife Lindsay Usich and a friend of theirs. According to her, the two had threatened to release photos of her when she was underage after being given a lot of drugs and a lot of alcohol after a Marilyn Manson performance in Las Vegas to "shut her up" and "ruin her career". One of the photos she was talking about while alleging she was blackmailed by Manson's wife and a friend was a picture of her wearing one of Manson's hats and a painted on Hitler mustache.
In another statement she mentions how she was degraded by Manson for being jewish by calling her a "jew" in a deragoratory manner and drawing swastikas on her bedside table when he was mad, as well as hearing him say the n-word repeatedly.
Then, several months later, she went on to flip off Marilyn Manson during a performance she was doing with her friend Zane, giving him the middle finger. This was when Marilyn Manson had just made his first public appearance in months since the allegations were dropped. Then in December that year, she alleges that she took her son Jack to live with her in Nashville, all while in the middle of a custody battle with Jack's father Jamie Bell, because Marilyn Manson "threatened to fuck her son", who was 8 years old at the time. I will go into detail about this a bit more later on.
Evan has also alleged that she was isolated from her friends and family during the time she was together with Marilyn Manson, as well as being "essentially raped" on the set of the music video for "Heart-Shaped Glasses".
However, this all turned out to be false. Why? Because the police report was false, and she also falsified an FBI agent's signature and statement. And there were also scripts and forms for the other accusers to fill out what they had or hadn't mentioned when accusing Marilyn Manson of abuse, rape, trafficking and so on. This can all be found in Marilyn Manson's lawsuit against Evan and her girlfriend at the time, Illma Gore, which was filed against the two on March 2nd 2022. After the lawsuit was filed against them, Illma Gore took to her Twitter account and called Manson a "rapist pedophile motherfucker". And she has also admitted to all of the things in the lawsuit against them being real by saying in a now deleted tweet that the "photos and images from my hard drives has been registered with the U.S. copyright office. this documentation names me as the rightful copyright owner. I have not nor will not give permission to use them.". Which means that she admitted to the things in Marilyn Manson's lawsuit against her and Evan being real, since it all belonged to her.
Furthermore, according to Evan's ex-husband Jamie Bell, she had lied about taking their son Jack to Nashville for fear of Marilyn Manson, and for her and Jack's safety. Therefore, she had, according to him, lied about them being in LA when she was going to fly Jack over to Jamie on December 18th 2020 so that Jack could spend Christmas with his father. However, it turned out that Evan and Jack had never even left Nashville, and on December 22nd, Evan had sent him an email that said that Jack was going to stay with her in Nashville "for the immediate future" because, according to her, "both Jack and my safety are at risk". So from December 18th - December 22nd 2020, Jamie tried his best to contact Jack, believing that Evan had flown him to LA for Christmas. But he was unable to contact him, and not even Evan's mother would respond once he tried contacting her.
And, according to Zac Shiffer, who had spent a lot of time on tour with Marilyn Manson and Evan during the Rape Of The World Tour in 2007, she wasn't isolated from her friends and family like she has originally alleged. Because in an interview that he did with the YouTuber Colonel Kurtz in October of 2021, her parents were there, backstage during that tour a few times and they were given the whole VIP experience. So was she really isolated from her friends and family?
And in the music video for "Heart-Shaped Glasses", there's a scene with her and Marilyn Manson having simulated sex, which was something that both Evan and Marilyn Manson had discussed. Which means that Evan was in on the idea. Which also means that she wasn't "essentially raped on set" for that music video, since it was simulated sex and both of them were in on it.
