Episode 3: The Promening

This chapter is pretty much going to be the same as the other one except that MC doesn't go find N with Uzi and ends up waiting for her to arrive at the prom, not knowing the Uzi is going to be killed by Doll and MC also doesn't really participate in the fight since they decided to watch over V despite being heavily injured by Doll

It was snowing heavily outside the colony as always, the balloons on the top of the door in the auditorium read "Prom 3071" in blue and silver balloons. The light that was previously on had turned off, leaving the auditorium completely dark. The hall way was just as dark with only a few lights making everything visible. A female worker drone's picture could be seen on a wall full of missing posters and other papers as a female worker drone ran by, panting heavily trying to get away from something or someone that was following her. She bumped into a wall making her hold her arm in pain as she continued running but then, her glasses had been broken out of nowhere making her stop

She took off her glasses and examined them as her vision got more blurry each second. A strange figure appeared not to far from her, making her squint just to see who or what it was. She put her broken glasses on to get a good look at the figure before being distracted by a nearby camera that was turned around so nobody could know what happened that night. She looked back to where she saw the figure and froze, it was the person who attacked her, Doll. Doll began to use her absolute solver to rip the girl's arm off as she screamed in pain and tried to stop the bleeding by holding her other arm on the wound. Doll walked closer to the girl and summoned a butcher knife before summoning two more and threw it at the girl who's horrified expression could be seen in the reflect on one of the knifes before it had hit her

A cockroach crawled to a small puddle of oil and began to drink it before another cockroach hit it in the head causing it to yelp in pain. The other cockroach began drink the oil before Doll had stepped on it, killing it. Doll swung her backpack and threw it on the ground before pulling out a paper and pen, crossing out the girl she had just killed. Her backpack that was now opened, revealed the girl's hand that was covered in oil "мам, папа, я вернулся" Doll said looking in the direction where her parents were, not bothered by the many cockroaches that surrounded them

"What- are you things?" Uzi asked as she backed away from N who looked shocked and saddened by both of their reactions to him.  Uzi's screen showed the words "Sleep mode" and "Guilt: Active" before she woke up, still remembering the events from not so long ago. She was laying in bed with many papers around her, looking up at the ceiling before spottinga drawing N had made that said "Thank you for being my friends" depicting N, (__), and Uzi on top of what one could only assume was humans in pain with a dog in the corner. Uzi stared at it for a while before inhaling deeply and letting out a loud groan that continued during class where she sat down on the table, scribbling on her paper while a classmate next to her glared at her, being clearly annoyed, during gym class she was hit hard on the face with a ball causing a loud sound to be made causing Doll to look over while talking to Lizzy, and during passing period as she opened her locker's door, looking into it while standing on a few books

"Yeah, meeting, Brad in an hour" Rebecca said, kicking Uzi's stack of books down, causing Uzi to almost fall onto the ground. Uzi glared at the girl and threw a book her way "Can you imagine going to prom alone?" She said, obviously mocking Uzi and not seeing Braiden who waved at her get hit by a book that sent him flying "Ha, I'd be all like 'I don't deserve happiness'" A male worker drone said as he made a hand puppet while speaking before continuing to walk with Rebecca. Uzi glared at the two before letting out a sigh, Uzi looked to her side and saw (__) walk next to her "Hey, Uzi, how are you doing today?" (__) asked awkwardly as they started twiddling fingers their fingers "I'm doing fine" Uzi frowned and began walking towards one of her books "Oh, um- so, since prom is coming up, I wanted to ask if you wanted to go with me?" (__) lowered their voice a bit, waiting for Uzi's answer.(__) looked at Uzi and raised a brow "Uzi? Are you listening-" (__) then got interrupted by Uzi "Mhm, yeah, I'm definitely gonna go" They saw Uzi looking at missing posters, a janitor cleaning up, and a broken camera. (__) sighed as Uzi began to laugh maniacally while taking all the missing posters "Guess I'll see you there" (__) waved as Uzi ran back to her house
