Chapter One

Rileys POV

"I couldn't believe it, after all we had been through together, he just decided to end it. Why? Why now?" I said to myself while listening to my sad playlist. " It isn't fair!"

I head a knock on my window, it was Maya. I smiled to myself she was my best friend and was always there for me especially when I needed her.

" Hey darling! How'd the date with Ranger Rick go?" she said as soon as she walked through the window.

I thought about what to say. If I told her that we broke up she world kill him for hurting me but if I didn't I would be lying to her.

" Well, it didn't exactly go how I wanted it to go." I said.

" What do mean?" She answered looking worried.

And I told her everything. How he broke my heart in to a billion pieces and how he left right after he did.

~ flashback ~

" Hey Riley! We need ton talk. See you at Topanga's in 10 minutes?" Lucas said.

"Yeah! See ya there!" I answered.

As soon as I got to Topanga"s I saw him he was sitting alone in a table bitting his nails.

"Thats wierd," I thought " I didn't know he bit his nails."

"Hey!" I said with a big smile.

"Hi! Look we need to talk." he said.

"Sure. Is something wrong?" I said starting to worry.

"Yeah. Look I don't think we should be together anymore. Like boyfriend and girlfriend anymore." he said coldly and before I could answer he got up and left me all alone.

~ return to the present ~

" Oh my gosh! I am going to kill him!" she said starting to get up.

" No! You can't even though he hurt me. I still have feelings for him. What do I do? I feel so hurt and betrayed!" I said starting to cry.

"I can't believe he did that. He is such a jerk." she said hugging me.

" I know but I don't know if I could ever see him without bursting into tears." I said.

" Everything is going to be okay. Don't worrying! I'll always be here for you, I promise!" she said.

" Okay!" I answered.

She had to leave at around 7:00 pm and although i didn't want her too, I knew she had to get home to her mom.
