Kerosene Phoenix sat on the work table off in the corner of the room as she waited for Mr. Matchexs to finish gathering all of the tools he needed to work on her. Horuss stood by and observed her behavior, she would have noticed had she not been so entranced in the sudden feeling of nostalgia that seemed to overwhelm her internal sensors. "Fira unless you want to go through all of this with more risks than necessary I'm going to need you to close down for a while, not shut down but close down for at least five hours. Is that agreeable?" She said nothing, only nodding her head and lying on her back as her lights began to turn off and she closed, going into a sleep mode. "Well then Mr. Zahhak lets show you what to do." Horuss nodded and stepped towards the robot to observe and learn how to maintain the mechanisms. Opening it to her main circuits was much easier that he had been doing and it was a lot simpler once the connections had been explained.

It was actually very easy once Horuss had begun to assist in it. The only thing left was the metal 'container' left that he couldn't figure how to open without breaking it. Mr. Matchexs looked at Horuss for a moment "Did you ever find out how to open it?" Horuss eyed the box "...No." Simon Matchexs laughed "Don't worry, she made it extremely hard, which was easy for her because if she wasn't working in her lab/shop then she was messing with a puzzle or something tricky that took a lot of concentration. She was a fan of puzzles and patterns. She grew up on them, I of all people should now, raised her since she was about 3 I believe. Her mother passed from sickness, her father was always busy running the kingdom and teaching her brother how to be a good king, not to mention his past time of trying to find a prince crazy enough to marry her. It was a bit hard since she was almost always caught up with some puzzle, new invention, repairs, or just busy not caring enough to fall in love with a boy who wanted to change her. She was almost impossible to deal with, for the princes at least. To stuck up and egotistical for her taste really, she could never bring herself to have feelings for any of them...she tried though, many, many, many times, just to help her father out a little bit... none of them knew how to handle her though, no matter how hard she tried to change or to hide who she was she never could keep it locked away for long. It was heart breaking to see her try and change herself into someone she couldn't be just to help a bit, those smiles she had, really any emotion.... It was so painfully faked but she hid it so well that virtually no one ever noticed it. She really was a sweet girl but she could never change from that hot headed, bad attitude, foul mouthed, puzzle loving, tomboyish, pyromaniac princess that she was." Mr. Matchexs smiled fondly at the memories. "She always saw the good in everyone and everything no matter what. Believe me when I say she loved the idea of love and she had a rather classy taste in romance contrary to popular belief. I know she still wishes she could find someone she could actually care about with that amount of love but I'm pretty sure that she has given up on it at this point.... Where was I? Oh yes, that's right the heart!"

He finally snapped out of it and placed all of his tools back on the table. He began to move around the little detachable rings and gears, once in a while they would buzz and shock him but he'd just find a new place for it. "The trick is to think like her, it's a game to open this but the sequence always changes in randomization, never the same pattern. If you can think like her it's easy if not then I hope you enjoy being electrified." He placed the last gear in its new spot and the box clicked. Horuss watched as the small wall of it popped open a bit and Mr. Matchexs stepped back to let him look. When the Zahhak opened the door further he discovered an almost complete replica of a heart... difference being this one had a warning label for radioactivity in the very center. It was a type of metal he didn't recognize but it was the same as the entire robot was made from. The parts that were thinner shone through with a color switching green, to orange, to red, and then to blue. "What type of metal is this? I have never seen it before and it has proven to be incredibly durable but lighter than anything of this mass should be." Horuss glanced at the old man from where he was studying the interior of the box. "That I could not answer, all I could tell you was she created this. If my memory serves right though I think she called this metal Dragon Armor." His brows pressed together in an attempt to remember. "It's not a metal. It truly is melted dragon scales shaped to this. I chose them because of their light weight, durability, resistance, and their natural talent to hold radioactive elements and not permit any of it to pass through its walls. Though because dragon scales have similar properties to that of metal they can still rust and that does prove to be quite annoying. By the way, your five hours are up now." She began to close up anything left open and Mr. Matchexs allowed her. "I was never taught about the heart itself, only how to open it. Remember how to open it for this is what you'll need more than anything for the reconnection. Inside the little box is a jut out from the back corner of the wall near the back of the heart, the chip is there. When you arrive she should explain the rest of it. Now leave and let an old man rest his final few days. Fira try not to be too hard on Horuss and be careful out there. Horuss you take care of her and protect her, she's like my daughter and I'll haunt you if you hurt her. Go before they get here again, head for the castle but be careful because it is completely underground at this point except for the very top of one of the towers, the library. Be safe. You're welcome for me fixing your voice by the way." Fira looked at him for a moment before leaning down and hugging him. "I'll miss you dearly, please, enjoy your last few days in blissful peace and may no stress come to you. Take care." With that Fira turned and Horuss nodded to the old man before following her. He was still having a hard time believing he was just up and leaving to protect this robot as she made her reconnection.
