You were a famous actor, in your new show for kids Welcome home.
You were one of the neighbors who's thing was reading to the audience at night and singing a nice lullaby to the kids watching late at night. But even during the day for the episodes you still showed up and helped with pronouncing words and teaching them a bit. Your character was (y/n) (l/n). The nice thing was, was that the characters had the same names as the actors. So that when kids saw you in person it would be your name exactly.
But one thing that was hiding from the public was, you and the main star. Wally Darling, were romantically involved. You both dearly loved each-other, but it being the late 60's. He was a 60's heartthrob to the people out there because he also had other works before Welcome Home.
The public would be upset to see a heartthrob in love or married.
But what helped was that the act you played on screen was true, on stage Wally and (Y/N) were meant to be together. Love interests! So the only outlet was you and Wally pouring your love into those acts, the times you said "I love you, my darling." Was real, it wasn't an act, and Wally knew that.
You don't know if you will ever be together, the way you were meant to be..
