Imagine- Tarrant and Alice catch eclipse singing

It was a beautiful day in under land. Queen mirana and iracebeth( who is now good with her sister and everyone in the land) were having tea with the tweedles, March hare, Mally and Bayard. Oh, and don't forget Cheshire. They had invited Alice, eclipse and Tarrant to join, but they just wanted a day to stay at home and relax, since they always had tea parties.

But that didn't mean they would stop. They just didn't want to go anywhere today. Speaking of Alice, Tarrant and eclipse, they were just relaxing at their lovely home, with Alice and Tarrant on the sofa and eclipse in her room.

Alice and Tarrant were talking about different ideas for hats... well Tarrant was actually rambling a little bit. He was known to go on rambles and it was up to alice to tell him to breathe and speak slower.

"Dear hatter, please do speak a little slower. It's hard to keep up with you," she said with a huff but couldn't help but smile. Tarrant snapped out of it and sat down next to his wife, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"I'm terribly sorry, my Alice. I do tend to go on and on and on... but with you here keeping me in check" he kissed her cheek and she let out a sigh of relief before snuggling against his side, resting her head against his shoulder and her arms wrapping around his waist.

"I'll always keep you in check." She giggled as she looked up at him and he ruffled her hair. They leaned in towards each other, closing their eyes, about to have a passionate kiss when suddenly

They heard singing. And it was coming from eclipses bedroom. Come to think of it.

It was eclipse! And boy did she have a beautiful voice!

They opened their eyes, which slightly widened and looked at each other, a smile forming on their faces. They had never heard her sing before so this was something new and special!

"Come on..." Alice whispered, quickly grabbing his hand and pulled him up, racing down the hallway, up the stairs and quietly reached eclipses room. They pressed their ears against the door, crouching down slightly.

"I've never heard her sing before..." Alice whispered and Tarrants smile widened.

"Neither have I. But it is absolutely beautiful. As beautiful as my hats. No I take that back. Her voice is way more beautiful than my hats. " He teased playfully and Alice chuckled quietly. His hats were beautiful. But he meant it. His hats were important to him, since he was the hatter. But nothing was more important than Alice and eclipse. They were his everything.

All of a sudden, the door opened and since eclipse wasn't expecting her parents to be there, she let out a gasp, her hands going to her chest, and she stumbled back a few steps.

"Oh dear god, you scared me! I didn't know you would be standing there!" Both Alice and Tarrant chuckled in response, alice placing her hands on her shoulders.

"We're so sorry we scared you." Alice said simply but kindly with a small reassuring smile. Eclipse gave a small nod before putting her hands behind her back, rocking back and forth on her feet.

"Soooo, what were you doing outside my room? Were you spying on me?" She teased and Alice and Tarrant looked at each other before looking back at their daughter.

"We heard you sing, my dove." Eclipses face turned a bright shade of pink, her cheeks heating up. She stopped rocking back and forth, and bit her lip, looking down to the side.

"Oh... you did?" She asked, feeling a little embarrassed. She always thought her voice wasn't the greatest and was a little shy about it.

Tarrant walked up next to Alice and placed a hand on eclipses shoulder. "Don't be embarrassed. Your voice is absolutely wonderful." He complimented as he glanced at Alice before looking back at eclipse.

Eclipse was still blushing, but a small smile crept onto her face, her hands still behind her back. "Thanks daddy." She said as she tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. She was still looking down but Tarrant gently placed his index finger under her chin and gently lifted it up so he could see her face.

"Again, don't be shy about it. Especially around us. You have a beautiful voice. What were you singing?" He asked gently and she walked towards her bed, sitting down on the edge.

"The white queen used to sing it. When I would go to her castle to see her, she would sing it to the trees and the flowers to make them smile and seem more
Lively." She said as her parents sat down on either side of her.

"I actually did hear her sing that song once or twice. It is a very lovely song. Has she heard you sing it?" Alice asked and eclipse shook her head.

"No one has heard me sing. You're the first ones to ever hear me sing. I don't know if the queen would like me singing her song... or singing at all." She said with a bit of sadness in her voice. She had a good bond with the white queen. She was still working on the bond with iracebeth but Mirana had always been so kind, so gentle with her. It was in her nature to be a good queen, and overall a good person.

Alice and Tarrant placed a hand on both of her shoulders, Tarrant shaking his head. "My little hatter, the queen would be absolutely delighted to hear your singing. In fact, I think our friends would love to hear you sing as well."

Eclipse looked up at her father, her eyes filled with sadness but with a little bit of hope. "You really think so?" She asked and he nodded.

"I know so. You know how gentle and good hearted the queen is. I think she would love nothing more than to hear you sing her song. Your voice is so beautiful and I think it would be wonderful if you sang it in front of her. And we would be there to support you. Well, if you want us there that is." He said and she couldn't help but giggle.

"Of course I want you there daddy! And you too, mama! I would love nothing more than to have you there with me. It would mean so much to me." She said before resting her head against her fathers shoulder, her arms around his waist. Alice rubbed her back as Tarrant cupped the back of eclipses head, placing a kiss on her forehead.

"Then it's a plan. We shall go to the queens castle tomorrow and you shall showcase your voice to her and our friends! What do you say?" He asked and eclipse glanced back at her mother, who nodded reassuringly, a big Cheshire grin on her face. Eclipse looked back at her father and smiled widely.

"Let's do it." She said and the three of them embraced, closing their eyes, with Alice leaning against eclipse, who was still in her father's arms, holding her close.

"I love you both so much..." She whispered and Tarrant placed another kiss on top of her head.

"We love you too, my little hatter."
