Chapter 9

I woke up really tired on my bed. Pissed with Eloise, i was gonna make her pay!

Damn! I forgot to wash my uniform. I guess i won't be going to any classes today. I heard a knock at the door. It was Akari and Genevieve.

"You are here." I welcomed them in. Akari jumped in. She rushed to the living room, dining, kitchen.

"I cant help it, your apartment is so Bigggggg!" She sat on the soft couch and turned on the television.

"Dont mind her" Genevieve took my hand and we went to sit down.

"Aren't you going to school today?" I asked them as they were not in their uniforms.

"Today's Monday! Theo's show!" They screamed together.

"Wait...you mean, i have fainted for 2 days???" I was shocked.

"Yes, we took you to the doctor, and he explained to us that you will wake up." Akari said.

"Well...thanks"

"JUST THANKS? AREN'T YOU GONNA DRESS UP FOR THEO'S SHOW??" Genevieve asked.

"There's no way i'd go to that jerk's show! HE HUMILIATED ME!" I yelled at them.

"Forget about your ego, and let's honor the invite." Akari held my hand.

"NO!" I was adamant for a while, but after much pleading i agreed. I went to my room and they followed me. I went to the shower, brushed my hair and picked a dress. It was a white top with a red skirt.

"Am pretty sure you are not going for Valentine's..." Akari said and i laughed. I wore some white sneakers and then we took a cab to the show.

It had a luxurious hall. I saw Elyna there, crying.

"Elyna, what happened?" I asked her.

"Theo is a selfish jerk! Can you imagine what he did? Il ne m'a pas donne de billets et a meme dit que je n'etais pas son genre de fille devant son pere!" She cried.

"Uhm, what did he do?" I asked her again.

"He rejected me and didn't even give me the tickets he had promised."

"I had a feeling he was gonna be mean!" I said.

"And i really wanna see the show" She cried and then i had a mind blowing plan.

"Come with me" I entered. Genevieve and Akari came after us. There were many girls and boys ready to cheer for Theo. We found seats at the back and a woman rushed towards us and slapped Elyna.

"Comment oses-tu venir ici meme quand je t'ai demande de ne pas la faire? Tu es la pire fille du monde!" As soon as the woman said that, Elyna burst into tears. She dragged her by her hair and everyone watched.

"Who is she?" I asked Genevieve.

"According to her words, she must be her Mom." Genevieve replied.

"What a bad mom" i muttered. Soon, the spotlights were at the middle of the stage, and everyone cheered as the curtains opened and Miss Alice came out.

"Hi everyone! Am so happy that all of you could come to this Fashion show. Its a pleasure to have different fashionistas, all ready for the performance. I don't have much to say, but before calling out the contestants, i want to call out the Principal of Mode Universite, Mr Raco!" They all screamed as Mr Raco came from backstage.

"Firstly, i want to appreciate every guy and girl from Paris, here today..for coming to this fashion show, where our students will be showcasing their fashion sense and the start of their career. The purpose of this fashion show is to begin with their careers immediately. Some are now 21, some are 20, some are even 25! They are old enough to start making money with their talents. Which Mr Janvier has already started with his son Theo. Une salve d'applaudissements." He said and everyone clapped. I clapped too.

"So, we have heard the Principal's word, and now its time to list the contestants. We have Miss. Noemie Kendra. She has three Instagram accounts which are #noemiejack, #noemiebeauty and #noemieandfashion. She has a total of one thousand followers and she studies in Mode 10 Academy." Noemie came forward and i could tell she was really beautiful."

"Our second contestant is Miss. Henley Elyna."I was so surprised.

"Elyna?? So she wanted to model?" I asked Akari.

"I guess..."

"Miss Henley Elyna is a French model, who has five Instagram accounts which are #elynabeauty, #noteasytobeafashionista, #henleyandfans, #henleyfashion, and #fashionidol56. She has ten thousand followers and she studies in Mode Universite. Other contestants are Theo Janvier, Genevieve Gentry, Akari Jones, Eloise Gentry, Marianna Anne, Lucas Mayan, Marcus Jones, and Skyler Arthur."

"Wait.....WHAT??? ME????" I was flabbergasted.
