no one.

Silence...

nothing but silence.

Damian had merely just jumped through the window that led to his room from his more or less daily sneaking out, although to be fair, he supposed he wasn't so lucky this time, for as he had entered his own room the lights had turned on.

His eyes narrowed, as his expression turned into a scowl, and not a nice one, a one of pure annoyance, and dissapointment, as he had returned his gaze towards blue eyes.

Grayson.

"Mind telling me, what you were doing out, during this time of night..?" Grayson would raise his voice a little, but not enough to consider it being yelling.

"Out.. i was out." Damian responded, sternly, as he'd then shut his own trap, it was stupid. his own mouth, spoke for him, even if he did go silent, oh how much he would love to remain silent, if his mouth wasn't so traiterous.

"Where, exactly? if i may ask Damian." Dick's voice was firm, it still always had that pang of softness in it, no matter what he did, even if he raised his voice.

"I don't have to awnser to you, Grayson." Damian spat out, growling, as he'd turn his head away, arms crossed, as he briefly took a step back, and then another towards his desk, which had papers scattered all over it, along side paper on the floor, it was briefly to the time he spent, on his desk, sketching away things.

briefly, damian would force himself to sit down on the chair by his desk, blinking.

there was another pause.

one of silence for another moment.

"Come on Little D, something's up clearly, bothering you, was it something that happened at school..?"

Damian felt his shoulder's tighten, instead of loosening as it should've at his brother's voice.

"No."

Atleast he was awnsering truthfully.

"It's stupid to go to school all the kids act like circus animal's, chaotic, and the teachers aren't exactly nice as they should be." Damian would respond.

At the mention of circus, grayson, felt himself go cold, but, he shook it off, quickly as possible, as he'd then make his way over.

"I get you don't like school kiddo, but atleast you can give it another chance, Can't you..?"

"I guess.."

He would light up at that, clearing his throat grayson, backed away. "That's great kiddo, atleast give it another chance atleast till you know if you like it or not,"

"You should shut up before i change my mind about going to school at all tomorrow."

Grayson chuckled. "Okay- well, 5 more minutes then go to bed, goodnight kiddo."

That went well.
