After All These years

Summary: After three years Kim comes home.

Your hair's grown a little longer
Your arms look a little stronger
Your eyes just as I remember
Your smile's just a little softer

Kim hasn't been home since the big fight between the Major and Minor family. He decided to move abroad and work on his music.

That was three years ago.

Walking into the Mansion never felt right. But with his father now dead it didn't feel like he was walking to his death sentence.

That's why Kim was home is father's funeral was being held and Khun made a big deal about Kim being there. Not that Kim really cared about his father but it was nice to see his brothers again.

Chay being the fist person that he sees wasn't something he was ready for.

There Chay sat in the living working on something.

Chay looked a bit different. He looks taller now, he's definitely been working out more as Kim could see the muscle.

Kim realized then that kinn was sat there too. He only picked that up when Chay staring laughing.

Kin could still see the same softness in Chays eyes and his smile is still as breathtaking.

Kim wasn't prepared for when Chay made eye contact with him.

"Kim" Kinn says getting up from the couch to greet his younger brother.

Kim didn't get a chance to say anything before he was pulled into a hug by Kinn.

Pulling away from Kinn he saw Chay approaching.

Kim didn't know how much he could handle Chay being so close.

"Hello P'Kim, welcome back" Chay says with a little bow. Once Chay said his greeting he walked out of the room.

It saddened Kim that Chay didn't say more. But Kim knew he didn't deserve that.

It was at the family dinner that Kim learned something knew.

"When are you inviting Ohm over again" Khun says with a big smile on his face.

"Oh! Ohm is Chays Boyfriend" Khun adds looking right at Kim. At this point Khun was doing it on purpose.

"He's on a business trip for is company, He should be back Sunday but he promised to take me out when he gets back, so you can't see him for awhile P'Khun" Chay says with the biggest smile on his face.

So this Ohm person treats him good. At least Chay was happy.

Even then Kim wished that was him making Chay happy. If only Kim could've loved Chay the way he deserves.

A few weeks later Kim finds himself in the garden with Chay. It was nice talking to him like old times.

Kim couldn't stop the feelings that resurfaced that day. But if being Chays friend is what Kim was gonna get then he will shove it all down.

Chays phone ping from were it sat on the table.

It was Ohm.

"Sorry P'Kim I have to go" Chay says collecting his things then leaving.

Kim loved Chay to late. If only he realized that in the beginning then maybe he'd be the on making Chay happy.

What was most import to Kim was that Ohm made Chay happy.

If all Kim could ever be was a friend to Chay then he would suck it up.

Kim loves Chay and he will continue to in the shadows.

And Chay well he deserves someone better the a coward like Kim.
