"What a day, what a day." sighed Zen as he walked inside the bedroom, were his beloved wife was already tucked into bed reading a children's story book out loud to the unborn infant. Walking towards the bed he placed a kiss on her forehead, he smiled before rubbing her belly asking how the pair was doing.
"Good, but this little one doesn't want to go to bed. I've been reading these books to help him go to sleep, but it seems all he wants to do is kick me." whined Athy before she felt another sharp kick that bumped into Zen's hand.
Zen leaned forward as he chuckled before whispering to the belly "Hey little one, don't give your mommy such a hard time. Wait until your old enough to run around, then do it. Or offer wise she and your uncle will be keeping an eye on you the minute your born!"
Athanasia giggled at that as she watched her husband go and change out of his clothes, leaving him only in his underwear. The princess blushed, still can't believing that someone as amazing and so handsome as Zen was her husband.
Soon Zen climbed into the bed, pulling her close to him before the pair drifted off to sleep. The only sounds that could be heard were the knights footsteps threw the corridors as they patrol the Palace grounds, making sure no threats came to the royal family.
Six Hours Later
"PRINCE ZEN YOU MOST COME QUICKLY, SOMETHING'S HAPPENING IN THE SKY!" a guard barges into the couples bedroom. Zen shot up in the bed, pulling the covers even farther up around his wife. Who was slowly waking up, but Zen quickly started making shushing sounds to lur her back to sleep.
Once Athanasia was back into a deep sleep, Zen slowly got out of bed before throwing on a pair of clothes, just a simple shirt and pants with his everyday boots. Soon after he left the room, before scolding the guard for almost waking Athanasia up.
"She and the baby need all the rest they can get!" snapped Zen before demanding what was so important about the sky that he was woken up at this godly hour of the night. The knight quickly lead the Second Prince of the Clarines Kingdom outside onto a balcony that over looked the Capital ... were a giant swirling rainbow colors of light form like a storm overhead!
"What the heck is that!" demanded Zen in disbelief as he look at the rainbow light forming overhead, swirling around like it would before a tornado formed. The Prince looked at the knight who didn't have any words or told him to go meet anyone to ask ...
... for there was no answer that could be given in this situation.
