The start

Roxy's POV:

I was playing genshin impact on the ps4 wondering on which game should I play next and heard the door ring and sighed

"Probably I should get it-"

I got cut off as I screamed when I found myself somehow at a whopper flower and screwed the game in my head as I thought who to call

'Who should I call..oh! Right right I could just call my roommate'

"Y/NNNN CAN YOU GET THE DOOR??"

I shouted as she groaned and walked towards my room

"Fine! But you'll make dinner tonight alright?"

I smiled with delight as I answered

"Alright and now can you get the door I heard the door bell ring a minute ago"

Y/n just sighed as she went to go get the door

Your POV:

I was looking at the led lights on the corner on the ceiling until I heard Roxy screaming me to go get something so I opened my door and walked to hers as for me to already know the door was ringing of the bell

"Fine! But you'll make dinner tonight alright?"

She gave that cocky smile that made me laugh as she talked again

"Alright and now can you get the door I heard t door bell ring a minute ago"

'I already knew..'

I just sighed and went to go get the door

"Yes? What do you-..want"

I stopped mid-sentence when I just saw no one but continued to say the last line and looked around to just see a vhs tape on the ground

"..the 84 incident..? What a weird name. Someone must be in a fucking bad mood to leave this on our apartment door."

I talked to myself about it as I brought it inside and heard screaming and cursing in Roxy's room

I placed it down on the dining table and went to Roxy's room to see that she was playing darksiders genesis

"Hey Roxy do we have any vhs recorders or anything?"

I questioned as she got off on the game and looked at me

"..we could use my ps4."

We both stayed in silence until I sat on her bed

"Wanna grab the vhs roxy? It's in the dining room"

The dark brown haired girl just huffed in reply and went to go get the vhs

Roxy's POV:

I went to the dining room and found the vhs on the table as I turned around but stopped and looked at it for a moment

'This looks familiar..I swear if I and y/n are in a fucking Wattpad story I'm going to fucking be mad and sad.'

I thought as I headed back to my room there was it. A whisper that made me froze not in confusion but from fear and worry

"Let me out...I will treat you and your friend better then what you could imagine.."

I slapped myself real hard which did hurt like hell and now remembered about my own scratch game that was being due next week and since I just started a began to sigh and just went into my room

"Hey y/n I got the vhs tape thing...it kinda feels familiar"

"Of course it does to you! You play games and never look away from your devices but never in school yk?"

Y/n said as I just tried to find whatever could hold this vhs tape and put it in

I also got some snacks while I was at it don't ask how or when as I gave some to you

After we were done watching it looked like the normal so me and y/n just talked on whatever the vhs tape came from and she went back to her own room as I laid on my bed wondering if anything was going to happen to us

Now remembering the scene where a man was being murdered flashed through my mind along with y/n too

I shivered slightly but ended up falling asleep tears unknowingly stained on my face with my roommate too

I closed my eyes and fell asleep forgetting to turn of the tv not knowing what i caused

"It seems I'm out of there by my sunshines.."

Hi yes it's me! Shit has been on my plate so every book I have will be a slow burn and updating will be random
