We were all sent back to our rooms by a extremely angry Master Wu. Although, Jay and Nya seemed off. I knew Nya had memories flooding back to her but Jay, well, I don't know... He kept sneaking glances at me until I went to my room. Once I had taken off my shirt and climbed into bed, I got a text from Jay.
lighting mouth: hey kai, you awake?
me: yeah. what's up?
lighting mouth: i have a question 4 you...
me: ask away.
lighting mouth: .... can we be best friends like we used to? y'know, before all the ninja stuff...
me: i thought you'd never ask... if course! i missed being friends with you like we used to.
lighting mouth: thanks, fire boy. 🔥
me: no problem, lighting bug. ⚡
lightning mouth: gn
me: gn.
I was smiling when I saw his messages... At least I know that now, we are best friends again.
