I found my way through the woods. Climbing over tree trunks, moving through vines and avoiding the thorns from the bushes. Walking back is taking longer than I had expected. Maybe the distance was just further, but the man who grabbed me didn't look like someone who could carry me that far.

I knew the general direction I had to go, but walking this long was getting harder. My head was spiking with pain. Exhaustion was settling in. It had to be close.

I was so close to giving up. My knees begun to fall weaker and weaker with every step. I sat down with my back against a tree to catch my breath.

My eyelids weighed heavy. My breath becoming slower. I had to soldier on.

I couldn't fight it anymore. My eyes closed. The voice in my head getting softer and softer as I felt the sun rest on my skin through the leaves of the trees above me. It was warm...quiet... peaceful.

I could feel my heart slow down in my chest as I took deep breaths. I couldn't help but think to myself this is it. That this was where I end.

As those thoughts filled my head, I felt my eyes opened slowly. Not yet.

I didn't know where those words came from. It was my voice, but I didn't say it. Like a screaming child, those three words echoed in my brain, drowning out all else. I cautiously steadied myself back onto my feet. Not yet.

"Not yet." I spoke out to the forest. My lips quivering as the words left my mouth. I wasn't done. Not. Yet.

"MYLAH!" I heard boom through the walls of trees that blocked my vision. "Gunnur?" I asked myself under my breath. "MYLAH!" I heard again.

" Gunnur! Gunnur, I'm over here!" I screamed as loud as I could, my face to the ground, feeling my stomach clenched as I screamed out for his help. His voice seeped through the trees to me. I could hear him, getting closer. His voice getting louder and louder.

"Mylah! " I heard as I looked up ahead of me, tears in my eyes. Our eyes locked. Relief washed over me as he ran towards me. I felt my knees buckle. As I fell, my eyes slowly closed, as slow as the leaves fell around me until I felt my body land in Gunnurs arms.
