Monday

Early this morning I had a throbbing headache. It was my fault to not read the package when it said infused booze chocolates. To think a bunch of children walk into that store on a daily basis. Taking some medicine with tea to get rid of the headache was the best idea. I noticed by looking at the time that I had missed breakfast. Oh well, hopefully nobody thinks something bad happened to me. Let's see what is my first class today? Oh that's right Transfiguration, Professor McGonagal. I know that class will be interesting to shadow.
Walking to transfiguration, was the long walk. Once I reached the class I noticed that everybody was already in there seats. I decided to sit on the little desk near the main desk in front. I didn't see the professor anywhere. But then I saw a cat come into the classroom. It came straight to me. I decided to pet it thinking nothing of it. But after a couple pets the cat ran to the desk and jumped up and then jumped down, transforming into Professor McGonagal. Well this is awkward, why did she let me pet her?
"Attention class everyone take out there wands and place something in front of them that they wish to vanish." She said out loud to the class.
All at once the students were taking out clothes, books, shoes , food , and even jewelry. I was confused at first but then I remembered that the "vanishment" spell is the spell that removed objects entirely.
"Now students repeat after me, Vanishment. And move your wrist just like me. Vanishment." She repeated to the class. After a couple of tried , the class began to try the spell one by one. To ensure that not just anything or somebody was vanished.
"Go ahead now , Draco. Try the spell out." Professor McGonagal said sweetly.
"Vanishment". Draco said aloud to the jewelry he placed on the table. In an instant the jewelry flew into the air and disappeared in a cloud of smoke. The whole class clapped there hands.
"Great job! Just like that students." Professor McGonagal spoke to the classroom .
One after another the students would put there desired objects on the table and step to use the spell. There was one student in particular who's wand was broken. I knew the spell wasn't going to work. But don't nock it until you try it. Once that student was up he placed a scarf down on the table. "Vanishment" he said aloud. The scarf went flying up and then went straight down with so much force it destroyed the table. And it set itself on fire. Professor McGonagal, was quick to do a water spell, and stop the fire. She said that the class can take a 30 min. break to put there object away. And come back. I decided to help out and use the spell "reparo" to fix the desk , along with the chair that I didn't notice was destroyed.
"I'm sorry professor , I didn't think this would happen." The boy said to McGonagal.
"Not to worry dear , you just need to go to olivanders and fix that wand up." She replied with a smile picking up the now wet scarf. Handing it to the student, he walked away.
"Interesting class today isn't it?" McGonagal asked me as she was patting down her robe.
"Well it is different. Surprisingly I've seen only this class with someone blows something up. I was expecting it to be in potions. Hahahah but still , I had no idea you can turn into a cat. Defiantly surprised me. If I didn't know any better I would given you treats and all. Hahah" I replied laughing.
"Well sometimes the feline , gets to me. Hahahaha" she replied laughing as well.
"I didn't see you at breakfast. Was everything alright in the morning?" She asked concerned.
"Yes, I just decided to sleep in that's all."I replied sitting back down.
"Well, I'll let Severus know. He was looking around all worried, since you were not here." She said with a smirk.
"Oh well that was sweet of him. To worry and all." I said trying to hold back my blush.
"I wasn't born yesterday. It's okay if you like him. And it seems he likes you too. You too would make a cute couple hehehe." She replied grinning and laughing.
"Well , I guess it's obvious isn't? Well , maybe he'll ask me out or something. Or maybe I don't know ask when this semester is over." I replied face completely red.
"I will help you if so be it! It's the first time I've seen that man smile is when he's with you!" She replied with her hands up in the air.
After the break the students came back in and started to try the spell again.
After a while it was already lunch time. I couldn't believe time went by so fast.
On the way to the great hall I was walking with McGonagal. Once there I saw Severus. He was already at the table with a plate full of food. I walked over and we met glances suddenly. Once I sat down and made my plate. He spoke to me.
"So where were you earlier today?". Severus asked poking at his food.
"I decided to sleep in. I couldn't wake up for some reason." I replied taking a bite out of my sweet potato.
"Well, I can stop by your chambers every morning if you'd like." He said taking a sip of his coffee.
"Gulp." McGonagal, couldn't help but overhear what he said.
"Well I would love that actually. My alarms are not really the best."I replied shoving Professor McGonagal on the shoulder.
"Very well, I'll see you in the morning." Severus replied getting up and leaving the table.
Man why was he being so weird. What has gotten into him? Did I do something wrong?
(No she didn't do anything wrong . Merlin I thought the worst. I overreacted. Well tomorrow I'll be sure to check up on her. Waiting for this owl is killing me. Even Dumbledore doesn't want me to do this. He can't think of another way either.) Severus mind.
"Well that was adorable. I can't wait to see you too walking into the halls together." McGonagal said in a squill.
"That's if he's brave enough to do that with me hahaha" I replied laughing.
Once lunch was over I headed to History of Magic. Which sounded so damn boring. Cuthbert Binns. I believe he is literally dead. Yet he decided to teach history. I guess it would make sense. I wonder if he would know anything about why the goblins hate the wizards so much. Maybe he can provide some insight to it. Walking to his classroom everyone already looked like they were going to pass out before the class even started.
"Hello, class today I'll be talking about the history of goblins and wizards." He began to speak. He kept talking as talking and walking around the classroom. I noticed everyone was falling asleep. Hell I was even falling asleep. So I decided that the whole classroom can hear my questions. Maybe that will wake them up.
"Professor Binns right? May I ask a few questions?" I asked out loud to wake myself up.
"Of course ask away." He replied floating toward me.
"Do you know why goblins hate wizards so much? As well was it ever written or shown that goblins would make objects that can enhance a persons magic or even take magic?. I asked looking directly at him. The students were not somewhat awake looking at the professor with curiosity.
"Well, the goblins hated the wizards because they were not allowed to carry a wand. Even though they can possess magic power as we do. They can cast spells without a wand. Similar to the elves. But with much more power. They were also very skilled at creating weapons , armor, well anything. There gift with goblin silver , was both a curse and a gift. In the wrong hands, the goblin silver can enhance someone's power and also harness magic from something else. There was a time where the wizards well the ministry before the ministry. Decided to delegate the goblins to only protect and do finances. But some were still creating and making things for wizards. It is said that goblins still have hatred for wizards but , so far nothing has happened. That has to be the best question I have received all my life being in this classroom!". He replied with a
Loud laugh.
The bells chimed for dinner and class was dismissed.
Before leaving the class I decided to thank the professor. It confirmed that goblin metal was more than just good armor. If it can really harness magic power, then it explains why they are looking for those depositories. Which means the keepers better be getting to them first or else this isn't going to end well.
At the great hall I walked straight to the tables. I saw Professor McGonagal was already in her seat eating . I didn't see Severus. Which didn't concern me as much. But I did ask McGonagal if she had seen him. Upset with the fact that she said no. I decided to walk to potions classroom. Once there the door was already opened so I walked in. Hearing Severus's voice coming from his chambers.
"Why are you here?" Severus spoke to someone.
"Well because I'm here to see you Sev. Don't be so cruel to me. We're on the same team remember? Plus Thomas said I can find you here. You got his letter?" This women said seductively.
"Yes. Now leave." Severus replied to her.
"Noooo, I mean I don't want to. Where do you have to go in such a hurry. Thomas said you were single. Why not you get to know me. We can be quite the match you know." The women spoke.
I decided to just walk away. Not wanting my anger to get the best of me. Knowing that Severus was talking to Thomas. Some random women in his chambers. I was ready to go back to my chambers and prepare for the night.
Snapes POV:
Did I just hear someone come up the stairs to my chamber door? No , that's not possible. Wait. My classroom door I don't believe I locked it. Damn this women. Why won't she leave my chambers. I'm clearly not interested in her.
"Can you leave now. I'm expected somewhere else." I told "Cookie".
"Fineeeee . But here's my underwear just for you Sev. Don't forget about me. I'll see you soon." She replied to me jumping out of my chamber window.
Walking to my chamber door I realized that I was slightly open. And the classroom door. Wide open. Did she come here looking for me? And oh no she probably heard everything and assumed wrong. Damnit. I'll have to find her. Maybe I'll catch her when she comes back from her so called late night walks.
